List of Memorial Healthcare System's Reviews
My issue is not with Dr. Rabiner- he is understanding and listens to any issue I have, be it serious or trivial. The problem with this place is are the receptionists- their attitudes are unbelievable. If customer service in not your thing and the only way you can speak to people is with disrespect then this job is not for you.I came in today 11/01/2021 with a cold and wanted to get a doctors note so I can give to my professor (college student). The manger, I'm assuming, proceeded to give me nothing but attitude and speak like I was not even in the room that I need to make an appointment (a week later) to get a doctor's note- does that make any sense? Before I was able to see the doctor, literally in and out in less than 10 minutes, but she made it seem like I was trying to take advantage of the system or something.Dr. Rabiner is amazing but I will have to find another doctor because I can not and will not put up with this kind of treatment- no one should.
I was ask to do some tests after doing the test over a week now I cannot get my results neither from the place they sent me or from the doctor office . I communicated with them through my chart they replied by giving me the fax number to give to the place I have the test done. After doing all of that and calling them on several occasions I still haven't receive my results and the place that I had it done insisted they have sent my result over. So I guess my health is of no concern to them.Good night that email do not work
Dr. Rabiner is such a wonderful and genuine physician! I have more than one family member that prefer his care over any other doctor. He's extremely kind and works diligently for his patients.
Awful costumer service. The front desk treats you more like a nuisance than a patient and nobody seems to be willing to help in any way. Went in for an appointment and the provider just handed us a bunch of referrals and didn’t answer any questions. A few weeks after they appointment we had an emergency and called to get advice from our doctor and they where rude and said they could not help us. Needless to say we won’t be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.
I'm thinking about to change my family doctor office. Always delays about 1hr. How they plan the appointments if you arrive on time and you have to wait 1hr!?
Dr. Rabiner is a very good kind and caring doctor, if you can get in to see him.... I had an "appointment" :( at 3.05 today arrived 5 minutes early knowing I would have to wait like always waited until 4:25 and left. Wasted my time and never saw my doctor. I only have limited time on this earth and this is RUDE ... I sat in that uncomfortable chair until my neck and back both hurt ,they even took patients that arrived after me ahead of me, People, I have other things to do too.
Cherry Ann at the front desk is horrible. Very rude. Told me she cant get in touch with my insurance company BCBS to verify my insurance because their line is busy. (Which was a lie) I HAD TO CALL THEM MYSELF because she wouldn't do her job. Then after they confirmed my policy is active and they had a system error, they gave me a reference number so I can be seen that day. She proceeded to tell me they will not see me since the system is not updated (even though BCBS confirmed my policy is good and active with her over the phone) she then asked me to to leave and go to urgent care. She wasted 2 hours of my time and did not care at all. Bad attitude even though my appt was at 3:30 it was 4:25 and she just wanted to go home instead of doing her job. She did tell me to "have a nice day"...but it was in the most condescending and rude manner.
MHS Healthcare Mismanaged: Recent experience over a ten week period has demonstrated persistence in this health care clinic in gross disregard for proper claim form and lab requisition coding. Repeated requests and conversations yielded only ' our doctors and front office do not know about coding, your must take this up with your insurance company'. An annual physical that lasted ten minutes led off this experience, followed by a request for lab tests that were denied due to miscoding, followed by Medicare denials due to miscodings (all admitted to by the clinic administrator who after ten weeks still could not remedy). As a Memorial Health Services clinic this seems most unusual by repeated attempts to discuss and correct only resulted in repeated mistakes and false statements as to causality.
The front desk is very kind and polite as well as Doxtor Rabiner. Best experience I’ve ever had from a primary doctor. He’s very thorough and I’m extremely impressed with my new doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process.
