Very happy with Dr Rosen and his group
Great Doctor. Too Busy
Clinic type setting . Staff Seldom returns a phone call even when urgent. Doctor is difficult to talk with, sarcastic, and impersonal, and seems to want to be 'right' without concern for the patient's wishes. If you need a referral to a specialist you must jump through hoops. Friendly staff as long as you don't have follow up issues after the visit. Waiting room nearly always packed.
Dr Rosen and most of the staff are friendly, helpful, and seem to care. I got an emergency appt to see the medical assistant, who has been the only negative experience with the office. she came across as dis intersted, did not explain her recomendations for medications, in fact, I had to ask HER about whether a certain med would be appropriate, 'oh sure, you can use that'. Very non communicative. And rushed through the appt. If they get that under control this will be a first class operation.
Doctor was called several times when patient was in hospital for medication but did not call back promptly. Doctor refused to talk to the main head of our family to explain details of patient.Doctor was not sensative of time issue for referral for patient. Dotor said his staff had more other things to do that taking the name of the speciallist doctor from patient preferred to go to for a referral from him. The referral would take 5 days for his office staff to prepare even thou patient need it as soon as possible..No exceptions made looking at the needs.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
