This guy has a nasty attitude and is insanely unprofessional. Every time I've ever had the displeasure of having to speak to him over the phone. The first few times I let it slide but this time proves he is just like this all the time. You've been warned.
This guy has a nasty attitude and is extremely unprofessional! And this is not just a one off situation. Every interaction I've had with him has been the same, and this last time was the WORST. He is awful. If you've ever seen the movie 'Grumpy Old Men' you will have a butter idea of what I'm talking about. Do not go see this guy.
UPDATE October 2022. Years ago this Medical Group was once the best anywhere. These people literally saved my life. Today, not so much. I have no clue why this group has turned sour. You can only blame Covid so much. In the last year, worthless doctors' assistants, uncaring people at the appointment desk plus more which I will not list here. The last time I was there , the elevator was broken and it took me about 20 minutes to get up to the third floor. I mentioned the broken elevator to the two people behind the appointment desk and they were like it was no big deal. At a minimum they could have called earlier and said the elevator was not working and had me reschedule. But it was obvious they did not care about their patients. It got so bad that I had to find a new Endocrinologist. The only two caring people in my opinion are The Receptionist and the Dexcom Representative. They are both wonderful people and I will miss them very much And the current office manager? Let just say I am glad I will never have to deal with her ever again. It is a very sorry situation how the BEST have fallen IMHO.
Wonderful, caring doctor. We enjoy seeing him. The office staff is very nice. They all are very professional.
Dr. Jacobson is a good doctor but his assistant is incredibly rude . The office shuts their phones off at 4pm and the receptionists are also unprofessional . Dr. Jacobson has you call his assistant for all of your follow up and blood work. She has zero personality and is one of the rudest nurses I’ve ever had to deal with . Nothing is done timely and she acts like she’s doing you a favor by returning your call and providing you with your medical information . Avoid !
Unbelievable never expected such a complete visit above and beyond what a normal examination has been with previous doctors. Maybe he may have extended my years with his kind advice and sugestions. Thank you very much for your time with me
Fully explains data from lab work snd it’s impact on your health. Takes as much time as needed. Never feel rushed. Have been his patient for 50 years. His specialty as an endocrinologist has been great for me. Highly recommend.
I called this number suggested by my primary doctor and i pressed option 0 for the receptionist just now. This woman had an attitude and was super rude and even ended up hanging up before i could even say bye. Super unprofessional, the way someone answers the phone and treats customers is really a great part in keeping your clients and even giving a good first impression to welcome new clients. Hopefully thete is a recording system on those phones so the call can be reviewed with the associate so they can learn from their mistakes.
Dr. Jacobson is an excellent doctor - very knowledgeable and willing to listen. He tends to repeat himself over and over again but other than that he is one of the best doctors that I see.
Very knowledgeable and caring - even knew about a very rare side effect I experienced on one of my medications and knew what to do about it.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
