Dr. Vicuna is brilliant, professional physician & admitted me from ER to stay in heart dept., for testing & further department inquiries & recommendations. With a daily quick hospital room stop by, Dr. VICUNA educated me, kept me upto date re other departments, he also discussed what is needed & what to expect with current plan of action. I would highly recommend Dr. VICUNA for cardiovascular issues.

Beware don’t let him touch you if you want to live. He has done my procedure 2 times and both times I have a problem breathing. Suffocating. I really don’t know who gave him a degree and he’s still practicing. I gave him one star because there weren’t any less.

Dr. Vicuna is a superb cardiologist! It is a real pleasure to have found a doctor that takes his time to provide a thorough explanation of the diagnosis and treatment options. He explained everything in detail and allowed me to ask a myriad of questions. He took his time to answer me with no rush. To me, it is important to be treated not only by a well-rounded knowledgeable doctor but also one who exhibits great care and compassion, like the case of Dr. Ricardo Vicuna. Thanks Dr. Vicuna for being such an amazing and professional doctor!

I can't even comment about the Doctor, after waiting for more than 1 hour (this was 3:40pm, my appointment was 2:30pm, which I arrived earlier as requested) I found out that I was still not the next patient in line, so I left. Terrible customer service experience. The lady at front desk said she was sorry, because he is good Doctor, but for me it starts with respecting the time of your patients.

I got the best impression with my visit to his office. I was able to appreciate how much knowledge doctor Vicuna had on his profession as a cardiology. I will recommend him to all my friends and family. He is some one you can trust and feel comfortable talking about your health problems.
