Not happy at all that Dr Munoz is relocating to Davenport. MANY of his pat live nearby and in Solivita..I’m sure I’m not alone in wishing Dr Munoz stays in Poinciana & it’s more convenient for him also as he lives only about 3 miles from this office…Please let him stay in Poinciana!!

Doctors take the time to discuss the issues and come up with solutions. The referrals seem to disappear in a black hole and don't get authorized by the insurance company. Multiple phone calls to the office staff with promises to get the referrals finished but they don't happen. I've had to reschedule more than one appointment at the last minute because of the office staff issues.

I had to miss an appointment because of an accident on highway 27. I tried calling the office about 20 times to reschedule my appointment. No one ever answered. I left messages to explain what happened. No one ever called me back. They billed me later for a no show fee. I tried to make another appointment and they said I had to pay my no show fee before I can make an appointment.

Went to an appointment @sonifamilypractice and pa @kathrynkuscavage has to be the most inexperienced medical professional. Without knowing a single thing about my health conditions, I stepped into the hall to get the nurse to state I’m ready for the urine sample. She meets me in the hall and proceeded to berate me about not wearing a mask. Not knowing that I never wear one due to anxiety and feelings of being trapped. I try to explain and she doesn’t listen, continues to have a “power trip” and command that I wear one. Hey Kathryn this is America and we have choices. I wasn’t sick so I don’t need to wear a mask. You however, are sick. You are the product of entitlement and fear. You are an embarrassment to your field. You should be in this job for the love of others. You clearly don’t have empathy or love. You stated it was company policy. Well, an intelligent person would challenge policies that are blanket and unchecked. I will share this story of your rudeness, intolerance, lack of empathy, narcissistic power trip with all that I can. Wishing that you learn from your ignorance and take a course on emotional intelligence and communication. You need it.

Dr. Soni and her staff are wonderful. Both my parents and I have been going to see for a little over 2 years now and we all love her. From the front office staff to the Nurses in the back, they are timely for the most part and professional.

If I could leave negative star review I would. My father had an appointment for next Tuesday 9/16/21 as he was just released from a rehab facility and needs to been seen by his primary care physician. The appointment was confirmed prior to his release from the rehab facility (two weeks prior). I received a call from their office that my father's appointment has been canceled because they are extremely busy and overbooked. I was also advised that I need to find a different provider because they are so busy that they do not have an available appointment until sometime in 2022. For the health and safety of yourself and your loved ones please do not make an appointment for this office. They are very unprofessional and seemingly money grubbing jackals (my opinion, everyone has one like an *sshole)that overbooks appointments for financial gain without care for patients. The Soni Medical Practice is comprised of jackals so beware. Most people haven't learned a thing from the pandemic. This office surely has not. Make an appointment or select the doctors in this office at the risk of your health. This so called family medical practice is unconscionable. Healthcare and compassion have been tossed into the wind like a fart. The appointment was probably canceled due to my father's health condition. On to calling my father's insurance company for a new provider.

This family medical practice let me Ho after two visits because they weren’t going to make money from me! I received the call from Jorge in the business Dept informing me and my HMO agent that I wasn’t worth the time and the office would loose money! I have never heard this from any other firm and I left ten messages for Dr.Soni to call me and she never did. This inept group doesn’t deserve new patients as they don’t practice good patient skills at all. Stay away from these clowns!

Terrible office to work with in regards to your health as there is NO communication between the staff and the doctors and when you call you’re always placed on hold and they close at 4 ever day! I couldn’t believe how inept a company could be until I joined this office as a patient

Long wait times on hold for phone calls. Long time in advance to book an appointment. Doesn’t reply on patient portal in a timely manner (3+ business days). Disappointed because she’s a lovely person and we had good interactions but it is overshadowed by lack of communication. Her portal even states that someone will reply within 48 hours. Again, she’s may be a good doctor (I haven’t had any serious medical conditions to find out), but being unable or unwilling to respond feels like poor patient care to me. I want a medical professional who cares about me and my family.

I question how many of these 5 star reviews are real people. If you check other sites, Soni has a 2.5 star rating as they throw out fake positive reviews. I have been to see her and Dr Maharaja and I can't believe anyone would like them. Just terrible experiences and they both seem to hate their job. Not friendly at all and rushed appointment to make money. The office staff seems overworked with long hold times.
