Dr. Swenson and her staff went over and above to make me feel welcome and comfortable, to her office. Procedure was performed, with an explanation at each step. I would recommend this office to anyone.

When I called, they got me in for an appointment in 3 days! I was greeted by Anne, who was very welcoming and kind. Nurse Laurie was very kind as well, and genuinely concerned as to why I was there. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. Dr. Swenson was very thorough and explained things well. She was also very gentle during treatment. I've lived here in Florida for 3 years and have been treated by another nearby clinic, waited for multiple hours before being taken back to treatment rooms that were utterly filthy, and the Doctor a no-show! AIOD is very clean and is now my Dermatology Clinic! Great experience!

It was my first time at this office and everyone was very nice, starting with Anne who greeted me when I came in, Taylor who took my medical history and Cindy who addressed all my concerns very professionally. I would recommend them to any friend or family member that is looking for a dermatologist.

I had a painful cyst and my Dr. was on vacation, It was just before Christmas and I needed to find someone to help quick. I called American Institute of Dermatology and explained my situation and was given an appointment that day. Ann the receptionist was great and understood that I was in pain. She got me into get taken care of quickly by the PA Chris. I was impressed by the care Cris showed. He explained what he was going to do and what to look out for afterwards.His assistants Constance and Dakota were great too.

Rom the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted by Miss Anne with respect and professionalism. Dr. Swenson treated me with the upmost professionalism and knowledge. Upon leaving Elizabeth assisted me with any questions that I had. In total a pleasant experience.

This office is awesome everyone was so nice and understanding. It was my first time as a patient and the treatment was very good. I definitely recommend!!

Just had my first meeting with Dr. Swenson on 12/15/21. She is my new favorite dermatologist! Very nice, thorough, and I was impressed! GREAT ADDITION to the office! Update: the young woman at the front desk is so disrespectful. I was trying to explain that I'd already gotten my diagnosis and needed to see who I was being referred to because I hadn't heard anything. She disregarded me and placed me on hold mid sentence. When she came back to the phone I had to explain again. Then she gave me my primary dr. I explained that was my primary. Then she finally got the correct info and then hung up on me. This is not behavior that should be received by someone who already under an extreme amount of stress..Anne and Cindy were wonderful. This was my first visit with them and I am glad I chose this location. They made the process quick while making me feel comfortable.

So far so good, Anne at Reception (who was awesome) got me to see someone the same day I went for the first time without any appointments set. I actually went just to set an appointment and left with a prescription (which is all I wanted). I was seen first by an Aide named Tiffany, and then by PA Cindy Luciano and 2 more aides. I felt comfortable enough to take my shirt off! PA Luciano was great, very patient and informative. I was offered a whole body check, which was nice but I only did so from the waist up and my legs, no one pressured me to do more than that. They even told me about “Good Rx”, which slashed my medication from $97 (deductible!) to around $35. I am very pleased with the service and that they saw me right away, unlike others who would give you an appointment 2 months into the future. Very pleased with this clinic and I recommend it wholeheartedly.
