Finally got through on the phone after calling 5 different times and nothing. Not a good start but will update review once I visit the facility. Hoping things go a lot smoother in the future.update... dropping down to 2 stars as Ive called again and left 4 messages and also sent a message via the portal a week ago.... guess what No one answered.
