Called the office after PCP referred me. The lady who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. To the point I ended the call and called my PCP for a referral to another service provider. I hope this message reaches this office. When someone is calling you to schedule an appointment - they have something wrong, they may be in pain, they be afraid. It costs you nothing to have a little compassion and try to help.

I like this doctor, because he does take his time to explain everything to you. Tells you exactly what is wrong with you and takes the right steps to try to make it better or at least to make you more comfortable.

Dr Kahlon is my gastro dr and I'm happy to say every visit to his office is professional and caring. Dr has done several procedures and always goes over the results of the exam; his team is efficient and knowledgeable. He is very interested in his patients. His staff has always treated me with respect.
