He is an amazing provider but unfortunately his office staff is not friendly or caring enough like him . I know him and his wife many years . His wife is also an amazing Dr Pediatrician but I don't think he reads the reviews . When you need to see him it takes forever for them to respond, they barley answer the phone and it's hell to get an appointment. I wish he would read his reviews. Their message states they will return your call from 24 to 72 hrs . NOT unfortunately I am looking for another provider because of this . I'm so sad because I really love him as a doctor but it's almost impossible to get in to see him . His original old staff was the Bomb I wish they were still here.

Called the office after PCP referred me. The lady who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. To the point I ended the call and called my PCP for a referral to another service provider. I hope this message reaches this office. When someone is calling you to schedule an appointment - they have something wrong, they may be in pain, they may be afraid. It costs you nothing to have a little compassion and try to help.

Dr. Devendra Kahlon is an exceptionally great Doctor. Firstly, his demeanor is so pleasing as he always wears a smile. His bedside manner is very calming and he listens as I try to describe my issues. This is the 1st time a Doctor enquired about a specific complaint I have always had, and this is the 1st time a Doctor recommended a change ( a simple at-home-change) that immediately relieved a health issue I have had for many years. I mentioned this to my Primary Care Doctor and he was glad to learn something new and planned to pass on the details to his other patients. Yes, I hope that he remains my gastro Doctor for years. Many reviewers have complained about the administrative staff. I believe there have been changes as both the Receptionist and the Nurse were extremely polite and courteous. Please try again. It is worth it to be under the care of the best gastroenterologist anywhere, in my opinion.

I like this doctor, because he does take his time to explain everything to you. Tells you exactly what is wrong with you and takes the right steps to try to make it better or at least to make you more comfortable.

Dr Kahlon is my gastro dr and I'm happy to say every visit to his office is professional and caring. Dr has done several procedures and always goes over the results of the exam; his team is efficient and knowledgeable. He is very interested in his patients. His staff has always treated me with respect.
