Dr. Hartman is the doctor who gave our family member a second chance and third chance of quality life. Our family member had multiple setbacks in health with a serious heart incident and amputation several years later. In both times, Dr. Hartman provided the best medication and therapies. He is knowledgeable, thorough, willing to listening to family of patient. He is an incredible doctor with kindness. We are grateful!

We are the family members of the patient who has been taken care of By Dr. Hartman twice. We are impressed by him; he is knowledgeable, thorough, willing to hear from family members. He is an incredible doctor with emphasis on human touch. He answers questions and talked to us about rehab, improving life style. Without details of the medical condition, just to say our family member was in a bad shape from a serious medical incident that left him without O2 for several minutes. Dr Hartman prescribed the medication, therapies that gives our family member a second chance to live a quality life. We are truly grateful.
