After having no other options but to see the Dr here at Excel, I am still battling them monthly over insurance coverage. I had to pay out of pocket for two visits and then they also billed my insurance. Now they are refusing to refund my money. I am still forced to go there, but it is only for lack of other options. The PA I see is great, but the scheduling and billing departments are the absolute worst ever.

I went to my appointment at 2:15 pm and I got there around 1:45 pm, they put me in a room like 15 minutes after and I wait an hour and so. I left the place cause no one came to see m, the lady at front desk told me that they have patients that take more time, but they saw a patient that got there after me and he left couple minutes afte, the worst experience ever, NOT RECOMMEND

if I could give 0 stars I would. I came in here with my disabled grandmother who has trouble sitting and walking for long periods of time. she only needed a consultation 5-10 minutes max and the doctor left us in the waiting room for over 2 hours while we did procedures before his consultations. I talked to the nurse several times telling her my grandma cannot be sitting this long and she needs to go if he cannot see her soon. we then waited another hour to see the doctor for him to tell her there's nothing he can do for her. 3 hours we waited for a 2 minute consultation. I do not recommend coming here as a new patient if you are or have disabled family members that cannot sit or stand for long periods of time.

The staff in the doctor at this clinic are amazing by the second visit I was getting trigger point injections and my pain was gone. I also like the doctors I BMW one of my favorite cars so how bad can he be all serious aside the doctor was caring, knowledgeable asked a lot of questions. Explained everything, just a really nice guy the staff at this place are equally knowledgeable and are able to navigate the insurance maze. Took them a week to get pre-authorization what a great place if you're in pain, I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you
