I was in a bad place but Dr. Fady Ashamalla worked with me diligently until we found what worked for me. My depression and anxiety are now under control and I feel great! He continues to monitor me to make sure I continue to feel well. He is very good! Their system is virtual. You schedule an appointment and the doctor calls you and begins the session. All in the comfort of your home. I recommended him to a friend and she really likes him too.

This office never answers the phone and doesn't return phone calls regarding their own patients. They don't even return phone calls to other psychiatrists that are trying to get information and treat their existing patients. The causes unnecessary delays and hardships for their existing patients needing treatment.

I have been with Dr Ashamalla for about 10 years now and I love him. He’s patient, he’s kind and he really listens to you! I’m so glad he has telehealth so I don’t have to worry about going into the office. His staff are also great.

I was provided this physician’s contact information by my therapist. I have called a total of 5 times over 3 weeks and each time reach a voicemail advising to “leave a message and someone will return your call within 48 hours”. Well, I’ve never received a call back. From looking at the reviews left by “verified reviewers”, it appears this doctor is running a poor practice with unprofessional staff members and that he is actually rather stand-offish. Appears, I may have dodged a bullet.

Dr. Ashamalla has been a life-changing doctor for me. He is incredibly skilled and deeply compassionate. I had been struggling mentally for a long time, but after a few months of his care, I'm doing so much better—I feel like myself again for the first time in years. What sets him apart is how much he listens and how dedicated he is to helping you get better. The support doesn't stop with him, either; his office staff is fantastic and always responds quickly to my calls and emails. They are truly the best team.
