Long even hours wait with appt for a referral needed urgent.They don’t care what emergency department said they stated they need they’re own notesAnd the patient with fracture needs to wait until they wantEven Insurance called to try to help with no luckAna is really helpful and understands but other people at the office not at all really careless

Good place. We have been here for more than 4 years. Always good care from Doctor Vazquez and the other Puerto Rican Doctor. How ever....waiting time is weird but Staff, Location and Doctors are great.

Horrible, this place dosent really diagnose children properly. The wait regardless wether you have appointment or not is 3 to 4 hours. Is ridiculous. The after hours even worst.

Absolutely love it here because when hospitals said they could not do anything to help my son when he had RSV the staff here made SURE they found a way to help my son in a matter of days after him being sick for WEEKS ! Love this place and the staff !!

If you are in need of a clinic i suggest you look for another place this one is not good at all The office has changed so much and I don't mean it in a good way it has been terrible service I need a insurance authorization they told me it takes a week I been wanting 6 months and let me not stress the fact that I was trying to get all my test done to donate my kidney to my cousin now I have other condition and I been waiting since 01/06/2018 for authorization that should have took a week I am looking for a new provider with a staff that has knowledge on what they are doing

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this Pediatrician. We arrived 30 minutes early (1:00pm) to fill out new patient paperwork, as per requested when making the appointment. Unfortunately they do not return from lunch until 1:30. Apparently 8 others families shared our same appointment time. After waiting in the lobby for 1.5 hours, we finally saw a nurse only to wait an additional 45 minutes, without ever seeing a doctor. We are looking for a pediatrician that can provide a higher level of care.

First of all their main head Ana, she hates her job, every question annoys her, she's always in a rush for NOTHING. This place has taken over 4 whole hours just to be called in a room or seen more than once. They've gave me so many unnecessary appointments, they don't seem sure with any answer, plain out rude and unorganized every single appointment for the past year has been terrible.They clearly I haven't been investigated. For faster, proffecional, and accurate service go to E.R. done w/them

Do not recommend at all.. They have toooo much on their hands and not able to handle it.... They are thinking only on the $$$ and not on the kids.... Terrible service ... to schedule an appointment you need to wait on the phone for the longest time. Get to the appointment and do not get out of there after like 2 hours after your appointment time. They do not follow up, if you want to know the outcome on labs or etc you need to call and then wait another hour on the phone.

We went to the Kidsville Pediatrics on Lake Underhill. They charged us for two appointments because they didn't have the shot records the first time. We had to wait and extra 40 minutes for them to obtain the records. They were unwilling to accept that it was their fault they didn't have the records in a timely manner and that we had to pay for and show up to two appointments instead of one.

Dr. Gonzalez evaluated my son after been referred from the ER. She explained my husband and myself all the diagnostic possibilities and she was able to make my son feel better. I recommend her 100%
