List of Margaret Yee's Reviews
Dr Yee takes time and thoughtful care of her patients. You have her undivided attention when she's with you and she explains her thought processes and reasons for her decisions on continued care. It is satisfying to know that your doctor has your best welfare in mind and you are not a rushed number on a schedule. I am very happy with Dr Yee and can thoroughly recommend her as an excellent MD.
I must say that I am in Dr. Yee's concierge program, so I see her on all of my visits. Because I deal with several specialists, Dr. Yee acts as the coordinator between them. I find her to be very professional, yet very friendly and personable.
Dr. Yee and her staff are not welcoming. I am not one of her concierge patients. My most recent appointment was late morning. Didn't seem to want to take the time to answer questions. She and the staff were rushing me. She is quick to change my medications each time I visit. I have several medications and she doesn't clearly explain which time of day is best to take certain meds.
The best doctor I ever had and I had plenty in my 70 years of life. and her staff is just great. They are all very pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Yee is knowledgeable and listen to you . She makes you feel like you are her family. I will have no hesitation recommending her to everyone.
Dr. Yee is extremely knowledgeable in each person’s medical history and when discussing a patient’s symptoms, knows exactly what to recommend to address what she has diagnosed. Dr. Yee is one of the best Primary Care doctors I have had in Florida. Being from the Boston area where we have a multitude of fine doctors, I would easily place Dr. Yee among them. Yes, there may be many doctors in Florida, but for myself and my husband, there is no one finer. Dr. Yee we thank you.
Five minutes shy of three hours in the office for my first visit. Too busy with her "Concierge" patients ... $1500 per year out-of-pocket fee to join. Two tier system! Encouraged me to join! Not at all satisfied with the 5 minutes I actually saw her. There were errors on the printed "visit summary" sheet they gave me. The insurance billing codes indicate either errors or "additional" billing added on to actually what was done. She told me "the insurance company grades her on her ability to stick to their preventative recommendations." She was unconcerned about my thoughts, feelings or wishes. A one-way street indeed! All about her, not the patient. I will never return.
Was there 2 hrs. & 55 min. for first appt. Doctor told me she is concerned about her "Insurance Company Score" and following their plan for patients' care (rather than discussing personal issues and patient's feelings and needs). It is a whole new world that doctors are concerned about themselves and their "rating" rather than you. She is screening for & suggesting to her patients her "self-pay" ...

Dr Yee is actually a great Doctor. Unfortunately the only way you are able to see her is if you pay to see her. You have to be one of her priority patients that pay each month. I think it is 150.00 a month. That is the only way you can see her. Now by chance you may get to see her if it just happens that she is free. If not you will see her PA . When I asked if I could make an appointment to see her this is what I was told. I asked to speak with her about this. I can understand that if I can not make a time she is not available I have to see the the PA but I chose to go to her office because she is a very good doctor. When I expressed to her I did not like the new PA at the time and the other was on maternity leave she told me I should go to my old doctor and return to her office when she came back. I told her I only wanted to go to one doctor and did not want to go back and forth. I did not want to change doctors I just felt that this policy made me feel not important to her and her patients should be important to her. When we got off the phone about five minutes later I received a call from my old doctors office to make an appointment. When I called later they told me they do not take patients back that leave. The same doctor that she sent me back to just did a refill on my medication twice the amount that could result in death. My husband who is still a patient there told the PA that and she told them that I chose to leave so I can not come back.
When i was in her office waiting for a shot in my arm so I don’t have cramps in my stomach anymore she forced me to pee in a cup for no reason at all and I’m not even pregnant so everyone who has Margaret yee as their doctor please avoid her at all costs cause if you want a shot in your arm so you don’t have a cramp in your stomach anymore her staff will force you to pee in a cup even when your not pregnant

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
