Maria has been beyond what I could have even expected! She’s professional, personal, and keeps it real! Yes it does get busy but keep in mind this is a small practice so there may be a wait from time to time. If you want a doctor that cares she’s the one! Been seeing her for over a year now.

Nice staff. Located in strip mall. Plenty of parking, receptionist friendly.

As a new patient seeking an annual preventive exam at this clinic, I had high hopes. However, my experience was disappointing. They scheduled appointments for me before and after the blood test, which seemed promising. Unfortunately, their billing process was flawed. Despite my insurance covering the annual preventive exam, I was charged twice as a regular visit. Frustrated, I contacted my insurance company to explain that the billing was incorrect, as it should have been classified as a regular visit rather than a physical check. I also attempted to contact the billing department twice, but nothing changed. If you're considering a visit to this clinic, be prepared to address billing concerns.

Called and scheduled physical appointments for November 2022. Was seen by the nurse practitioner few months later received bills stating that we owed money because they did a new patient consult appointment. I called and spoke with Napoleon the office manager who advised us that they do not do physical appointments on the first visit and he is confident that his staff scheduled these correctly and we were told that they were new patient appointments. I informed him I’ve been in billing and medical for 30+ years and worked in multiple offices in which his reply was each office has different policies, in which I fully understand. That being said, I explained to him, but I know Billing and I know what I was looking for a physical appointment that day because there would’ve been no out-of-pocket cost for my daughter or myself. It is now June and we are nowhere close to rectifying this. He claims that there’s multiple billing issues within their system and that I am not the only patient that he is working on which is understandable but if there’s multiple issues do your homework do you research so you can close out Someone’s concern instead of running circles and circles. He is very defensive and protective of his staff and he is confident that his staff is telling people that this is a new patient appointments and that they don’t do physicals etc. no where is that listed nowhere is that indicated in any paperwork and again now this is more than six months later, and we’re still trying to take care of a bill with no compromise and no solution. He claims to have called me multiple times in which I told him I am more than happy to go to your office with my cell phone records to show you that you have not called me multiple times because I am very responsive and very receptive and I want to get this taken care of cause I don’t want this bill to go to collection. I have contacted the billing company and received no response so do yourself a favor and think very carefully about where you go because the office manager is in way over his head and he is going to talk circles and provide no solution. He even went as far as telling me that me and my daughter had our insurance put in differently when I am the subscriber and she is a dependent on my insurance and we have the same insurance so if I have a deductible, so does she . It’s actually sad that this is how a patient is treated especially a new patient and at this point I will never return to this office .I’m just gonna call the insurance company and have them look into it. Edited: Napoleon has called back to advise there is nothing he can do and billing will remain but has added to his new patient paperwork that there may be a charge. After 5 months of dealing with this the bill will be paid but i am highly disappointed in the results and how this was handled. Do better!! Please make sure you ask how your bills will be billed and processed and have it put in writing as Napoleon will vouch for his staff and state he is very confident in how they schedule. Next call will be to insurance.

God forbid you ever want a call back or your papers faxed in properly to another doctor. They never sent over my papers like they were supposed to, causing a huge delay for treatment on my end. Retta always has an attitude like you’re inconveniencing her by just being alive. She’ll tell you one thing and then pretend like she didn’t say that. Only reason I give this place two stars is because you can walk in without an appointment sometimes.

The Dr and the nurse practitioner are very compassionate and give you time to explain everything. I’m very happy to be under the care of this Dr. The staff is also phenomenal, place is very clean and the most important thing is not like some other drs that you have to wait to be called in there are taking you in as soon as you arrive. Very thankful 🙏

Dr Maria and her total staff is a 5 star. These team of physicians are some of the best drs. They take the time to check your complaints about your health. They are concern about your medication filled on time. Most importantly to me when you can see you dr. In the hospital and her staff. Most drs. Never show up the hospital then choose one. But these physicians Dr. Concepion. Rhetta skinner, and other assistant They are the best. Great bedside manners. I enjoy the visits just to know they care Thanks for your care team.

Great Wi-Fi and good nurse practitioner that is nice and also helpful also last thing as receptionist ladies

Never get a call back till u fed up and call several times
