One of the best experiences I've had with optical places.. Raquel delivered my eyeglasses.. before i put them on my face, she spotted something was wrong.she made a new order for me.was extremely professional yet sweet.very customer oriented. I recieved my nrw glasses.she made sure i was a happy customer. My family also did their glasses here. Definitely recommend my family and friends to come here. Thank you Raquel 😊

I went to get my glasses there and my family's, mine and my husband's broke after three days, I took my husband's and they changed them at no cost, when I took mine they charged me for the glasses and part of the glasses . I left them there, I didn't want them, because I wasn't going to waste time on a bad plastic, and it seemed like an abuse that they charged me more when they supposedly have a guarantee. I don't recommend them at all.

I am here on vacation and had an issues with my only pair of contacts. Being so far from home I was in a bit of a predicament. The women that work here were so amazing to help me. My vacation wouldn’t have been so great considering I wasn’t able to see properly. They didn’t have to go above and beyond to help me but they did. I cannot thank them enough! I highly recommend seeing the girls here! Such an amazing experience. Thank you to manager Raquel and the team there!

Front desk lady wasn’t very nice she made me wait with out letting me know it will be a long wait and when u told her I’m leaving she acted like she didn’t care she didn’t even apologize. I will never go on Friday again you have much better employees other days
