Called Front Desk today to change dental insurance, I believe it was Sharon I spoke to, she wanted to argue about my coverage and which way it should be used, when I had already spoke to my two insurance companies. She then proceeded to tell me what was best and telling me she had 30 years in the field. I am in insurnce as well, but she kept being argumentative rather than just doing what I asked as she didn't seem to grasp how the secondary insurance was working in my situation. Dr. Nash and dental providers have all been great, but the verbal hostility from the front desk is unacceptable. Her one statement was "We didn't have a problem with ***, you pay less out of pocket than ***. Yes, I am sure they get reimbursed more with the one originally there, but I need to use my secondary appropriately. I called another dental practice with better reviews and their front desk was quite polite. I cancelled the upcoming appointment with Sage.

After 2 hours and 34 minutes the initial appointment is finally done but not before I have to pay $259 and then on top of that they only cleaned the bottom row of teeth. I take great care of my teeth and feel I was taken advantage of. Mind you that’s price was WITH INSURANCE! Never paid this much for a cleaning before (especially for just the bottom row!) and never will again. The actual “cleaning” was 23 minutes of the 2 hours and 34 minutes. Hoping to hear from the office manager after this experience as it was unacceptable!

First time there. Great place. Friendly staff and team of Doctors and assistants. Made me feel comfortable right away. Explained procedures and did everything as described. No real pain other than normal discomfort. I would highly recommend this facility for any of your dental needs.

Sage has calmed my nerves graciously! They are suffient and accurate as well caring and very patient. I was a mess due to my pass negative experiences. I will recommend Sage to most feeble disposition. Finally I found a place I can feel safe. Thank you
