I have been seeing Doctor Kaufman for quite some time. It has always been a great visit, with Friendly conversation as well as a deep understanding of my medical issues.

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Kaufman, he was completely professional and courteous to me, before he offered a diagnosis , he sent me for a few tests, X-rays and an MRI, which he used to offer a proper and accurate diagnosis.

Horrible. Aquí no trabajan por vocación. Llevaba 2 meses esperando por una cita que programé online, ya que llamas y llamas al número y nunca contestan. Me llamaron para preguntar ya que había venido personalmente a sacar la cita y dejé mi referido en la oficina porque no estaban atendiendo ese día. En la llamada la Manager Me indica que el Dr. Tiene una montaña de referido y que debo esperar porque hay muchas personas antes que yo, le indico que programé cita online y me dice que me van a devolver la llamada, algo que nunca ocurrió. Llamé y llamé para confirmar la cita y NUNCA CONTESTARON. Llega el día de la cita, luego de mes y medio, asisto a la misma y me dicen que no me pueden atender pq nunca me confirmaron la cita y no está programada en sistema, además de que el Dr no tiene mi record. Y no me pueden programar otra cita pq el mi referido vence, gracias a la ineptitud del personal que trabaja Aquí.
