I highly recommend this establishment. Joy Christopher and Stehianie attended to my needs on a Sunday afternoon to ensure that my questions were answered and meds were refilled. Mia has been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Fran and Dr Stewart both are absolutely amazing. I was so afraid of having back surgery but they both assured me that I was in great hands. I'm so happy that I trusted them and went forward with the surgery.

actually care and listen to the patient. my brother went to them with back pain. he had a spot in the back that really gave him a lot of pain, Dr said it was nothing to worry about. didn't order a MRI just an x-ray. sent him to PT, and gave him ibuprofen. My brother continued to get worse, was diagnosed with cancer and passed away last year. no one would listen.

It is very hard to get in contact with someone in this office. You have to leave a voicemail and hope someone calls you back.

I met dr Placer yesterday for the first time. Easy person to communicate with. My first impression was very satisfying. Really willing to make me feel better right away. Very friendly staff.

They are very professional and kind 1,feel I've been seeing them for 3 years now and always on top of everything I trust them with my care and give them a 10,wonderful to work with, and I appreciate them so much

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Placer. He is very friendly and always walks in with a smile. I am in pain most of the time and I feel like he really cares about the patient. As a registered nurse/registered respiratory therapist myself, I know how important it is to have a great bedside manner, and he definitely has that! He is also always on time for appointments. So many offices you end up seeing the doctor an hour late, but I never have that problem here, which I think is so important when it comes to patients having pain issues. Excellent staff and service! So pleased. Thank you. I also want to add that my dad also has pain issues and we always book our appointments on the same day, and my dad likes him very much as well. So Dr. Placer and his staff gets A++++ from the both of us! :)

So disappointed, was going to be my first time. Actually walked in with pain and because of one imaging disc, that was missing, his office staff said Dr. Stewart was not going to see me. When I called and got confirmation that my records where sent how was I to know a disc was missing. Dr. Stewart's office had EVERYTHING else but that. Asked can he at least see me since I'm here and he has everything except that... NO. On top of my pain and confusion, the Lady at the desk said "it's not like you have the sniffles"...really...this was my experience today. Very, very bad and disappointing experience!!!
