List of Vidyasagar Vangala's Reviews
I have had a very positive experience with Dr. Vangala. He is not only very knowledgeable but also takes a careful and measured approach with his treatment recommendations. His staff is helpful, and his guidance worked well. I recommend him highly.
Dr Vangala and his office staff have always been professional during each appointment. Dr Vangala has managed medications well and is very knowledgeable in all of the options available to treat mental health issues.
Called in February and was told I couldn’t be seen because of medication we will call x. Which made no sense as x is a very common mental health medication. I’m at the end of my rope so I called again yesterday. They said 1. You never called we looked you up (I have it in my iPhone I did call in February so not sure why they can’t handle just searching a number in what is certainly a better system than an iPhone) and 2. We can take you x is not an issue BUT we close in 5 minutes (even though the website says 430 apparently they close at 4 and aren’t able to make an appointment in 5 minutes.) so I call again today. They’re now saying they won’t take me because at one point in my life I was prescribed adhd meds. I am no longer on that and haven’t been on it for months. Dumpster fire of an experience for someone who is just trying to help themselves and doesn’t feel great. I hope people read this and don’t waste their time this office has no want to help people and is clearly very unorganized. I don’t feel the need to post this stuff but to hopefully help other people not get worked up and waste their time like I am right now. For a practice helping people with mental health all they did was make it worse. American healthcare.
Only office that was able to provide amazing care and helped me on so many different levels thank you to the drs np and the staff you guys are a blessing
Unprofessional and poorly managed. Canceled my appointment twice with little or no communication back. They barely pick up the phone, and if they do it’s very poor reception or they don’t know English. Claim emails are secure but “never received” two of my intake forms with personal information on it. Awful experience when I finally was hoping to get help.
Now only offering tele visits. Insists on intake forms sent by email. Claims " encrypted and secure '. Not so, this process is a violation of HIPAA law. No email is secure. I offered to deliver the forms to the office , and was told must be emailed. In summary, as much as we need these services, we should not compromise our privacy.
Front desk is the worst !!!! How are they still in business
All very knowledgeable and professional
I am rating the difficult it is to be able to become a patient. I decided to look for another doctor. This situation does not help persons like me with depression. Good luck everybody.
If here was the option to give -5 stars ill give it. $25 for missing or no rescheduling an appointment is ridiculous, i pay it once and then h the today i try to make an appointment and i got told that I missed another appointment which is not true. The staff that works there are very unprofessional and helpless. Mental health treatment shouldn’t be denied just because they demand to collect $25 fee, they care about their fees but not the patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
