Ajay Sood's Online Review Report Card

I used to love going here. Not within the past year. Their wait times are about 2 hours now. If you have that kind of time, go ahead, great place but I won't be returning.

My entire family (adults & children) have been seeing Dr. Sood for years now. Hands down, the most informed and well-mannered physician I've ever been to. This doctor is one of the few left who actually takes the time (like 20-30 min if need be) to make sure you understand exactly what is wrong with you and exactly what you need to do in order to get better. I've seen some complaints that he speaks very fast and too much. Well, if you retain even 10% of what Dr. Sood is telling you, that's 90% more than any other doctor will tell you. And he will repeat himself if need be until you thoroughly understand everything. They don't exist like this anymore. It's like going to the doctor in the 70's or 80's when they actually cared. I highly advise seeing Dr. Sood for anything bothering you. This man is a genius when it comes to medicine, and he takes his time with you. What more can you ask for in a doctor! Go see Dr. Sood, and make him your family's go to urgent care doctor. And by the way, his facility is spotless. He also has a pharmacy integrated into his practice so you leave with all the medications you need - no need to go to the pharmacy afterwards and wait. Finally, the wait is usually no more than 20-40 minutes to see him. Highly recommend!

This is my go to family care clinic. They are fast and thorough whenever I go in for any check up. They dont offer appointments but there's never really a long wait for anything. The doctor always makes sure you understand everything that's going on

Very scary experience and exactly the same one others described- . Highly aggressive, agitated and unprofessional. I feel sorry for all the other patients who received his wrath. I also feel very sorry for the people who work there. You all need to report this behavior to the medical board - it is that serious.

Whenever I am sick, I always go to Quick Family Urgent Care. Dr. Ajay Sood is one of the best doctors in South Florida. He takes his time with each patient and is very thorough. Whenever I come to the office, I am greeted by very helpful staff. Then Dr. Sood sees me and diagnoses my illness after listening to everything I explain to him. He takes his time to explain to me why I am getting sick and answer any questions I have. I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Ajay Sood at Quick Family Urgent Care. SHAM DOCTOR! My son jammed his leg back in September at a local park so I directed my wife to the nearest Urgent Care facility, that being the establishment ran by Dr. Sood. Bad, bad, bad decision on my part... Not only did my son and wife endure a strenuous visit at the mercy of a terrible nurse, whose bedside manner lacks significantly (especially with children), but we received no diagnosis other than "All seems fine, follow up with your Pediatrician.", from the doctor... Which would be an acceptable diagnosis if the staff had of X-rayed the correct part of my son's body AND the doctor actually examined my son!!! This fraud walked into the "exam" room, spoke to my wife and never even looked at or touched my son... We have had wellness visits with Nurse Practitioners that have been more thorough! Fast forward to today: I receive an invoice from the sham establishment requesting payment of over $100!!! For what? For NOTHING! Thank G-D it was just a sprained hip and not an ailment which required real medical knowledge or practice. Do yourself a favor and avoid this "Urgent Care" facility.

I came in for back pain before he even asked or should i say never asked if I wanted an x-ray he came an accused me of being a drug addict because of my history. Let me say I didn't come in asking for any medicine I specifically to the nurse that maybe he can do an xray (in my head I was hoping for a shot for pain relief an antiinflammatory) but he came in insisting I see pain management. I'm a chronically I'll patient I get my scripts from one doctor and needed relief quick because my doctor didn't have any opening till 2weeks so...if ur in pain save your cash and go to someone who cares.

The people here are amazing they actually care they got me in quick and took care of my problem I would recommend them

Dr. Sood is the man! I went to a different walk-in clinic when I just moved to Florida and was not satisfied and decided to give Dr. Sood a try. Amazing, diagnosed my problem right away and explained to me how to further treat it myself. I felt truly cared for, and his purpose was to help me- not make a buck. I recommend everyone to him, I can't stress that enough! A+ Note: you do wait a while, but it's totally worth it- it's because he's taking time making sure his other patients are treated for accurately.
