Terrible administration and phone service! When I called to make an appointment for my baby they asked me so many questions which seemed a little irrelevant but I continued. They were not able to give me an appointment until 2 months later even though I mention my baby was having a really tough time. The week of my appointment, they called me to cancel because the doctor was "unavailable" and I would have to wait 3 MORE months until the next appointment. I asked for the manager to call me back. She never did. I kept calling and I would only get connected to the phone service. This seems so irresponsible especially when dealing with patients who are babies and children. Luckily, I was able to find another specialist who scheduled me in within a week.

Dr. Langshaw literally saved my son. He was severely constipated at the age of one. We went to her after trying everything. After her regimen,he started having regular bowel movements and has since! He is now three and we still are under her care. I don't know what we would have done without her. Not to mention her amazing bedside manner and amazing staff!!

Phenomenal pediatric GI! Smart, kind, and responsive!!!! Highly recommended!!!

Worst phone service ever!!! I called to make an appointment for my kid whom I told the phone lady that he needed to be seen by the doctor soon. She spent long time on the phone asking about insurance and other insignificant details then after LONG chat and info she ended up telling me that the doctor won't be available this month. I told her from the start that the kid needs to be seen by the doctor soon and she could have just told me that the doctor is not available but instead she wasted my time!!

Absolutely rude and has no care for mental health. My child was absolutley triggered by her multiple times and after being told she still continued to not care.

My daughter was a patient until yesterday. A prescription was supposed to be sent for her stomach problems, tests scheduled for this week. Calls, emails were made by my wife and I at least a dozen times that my daughter was in serious trouble we were seeing her for treatment, unable to hold any food at all down, never got a return call, no urgency at all, no concern at all. We found up at Joe DiMaggio hospital in ICU as a result, my daughter almost DIED as a result. We finally got a call from her staff, still not a word from her. She ABSOLUTELY KNOWS she has a patient IN ICU and can't be bothered to show up or call. Turns out that 1, the prescription that was supposed to be sent was, oops, lost on a desk, and even this was communicated by a staff member. Stay clear, this is someone who has shown me she does not care about her patient, even when called by frantic parents, multiple emails, even the hospital that she has a patient in ICU! Seems to me that maybe at one time she did good things, and now, all that matters to her is money and herself.

I love Dr. Langshaw. My son loves Dr. Langshaw. Her staff however lacks any ability to do their job. I've always had issues with getting things done in a timely fashion if at all. It has currently taken 3 weeks to get a refill on meds hes been on for over a year. The staff does not listen as all. They put in a completely different RX. The story goes on and on. Point is I will never refer friends or family to Dr. Langshaw until she does some major staff changes.

The BEST EVER!!!! She is an amazing doctor, patience, she really cares!
