I scheduled an appointment after a month-long wait, ensuring I added it to my calendar to avoid any forgetfulness due to the difficulty of securing a spot. Unfortunately, there was a mishap during the booking process or some other human error, resulting in the clinic being unable to see me on the scheduled day. They had my name in the system, but no appointment. It was my first time trying to see the dr, so clearly my name was in their database for a reason. Despite taking time off from work specifically for this appointment, I was unable to see the doctor. They offered another date but due to the fact that I cannot take off work when I want, I ultimately missed out on the appointment altogether. It was a frustrating experience as it felt like the clinic is playing with people's lives by mishandling the scheduling process and then acting all entitled like this was even remotely my fault. Dont waste your time, with this doctor. Literally 1 month wait, took off work just so they so unprofessionally decline my efforts.
