Obviously people are overcritical on this site but imagine bringing your young daughter  in who just was burned with hot water by accident and the doctor on shift Dr. Sanz Martinez delays treatment and interrogates you because he does not believe you about the accident and then calls DCFS on you who comes a day later to your house with two armed cops.he is not a human being and that is why he works in a strip mall as a doctor treating running noses. Beware the people there do not check their biases at the door an are on a power trip.

This urgent care is probably the worse Ive ever been. I initially came in to see an MD hence why I choose A Baptist versus a smaller health care. My decisions are based on my experiences and nothing to do with the qualifications a NPRN or RN. When I arrived I specifically requested to see an MD and was told there was one attending at the moment. When I was taken back to the patient room I was seen by not a MD but a NPRN. Also Ive never seen staff members seem to have nothing else to do while under the scope of their employment and simply gossip about people and situations. As a patient listening in through the curtain walls made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I felt I was in a high school cafeteria with the amount of gossip and how long it went on for. Very strange. However what was the most upsetting of this entire ordeal was the experience I had receiving my treatment. The way in which the stitches were placed were so horribly done where Ive had to come in an additional time to have it restitched. Not only was it done horribly the first time where the stitches came out within 48 hours of installation but after the second visit the way in which it was done had also led to the stitches falling out reopening the wound. Im not sure who they hire and what their hiring practices are but it doesnt seem like those individuals are experienced or obtain the qualifications to even be in that capacity. I would not recommend going to this facility due to the lack of the staffs experience. Which is ultimately critical to the patients recovery. I was now left with a massive scar in which I came in to get stitches in order to avoid that outcome but this facility forced me now to have a scar that I apparently need to pay for in which I will be disputing. Go to another urgent care because this one is worthless.

My son was bit on the nose by a dog and possibly needed stitches we went here as it is close and didnt want to deal with an ER during covid.  We were first greeted and seen by a nurse Kathy Gucciardo and she was fantastic better and more detailed than the doctor that saw him honestly and a bubbly personality which made the experience that much lighter. I am a professional myself and know that MOST reviews are negative in nature but I found she deserved a positive pat on the back.  I wish her best of luck in her career she will and is AWESOMEPatricia Perry on behalf of Kale Grundland

Everyone is lovely. The wait for COVID though long went smoothly. As long as you have patience this is the only place to go. We walked in. I yesterday and child today. Just be patient and you will have a good experience. Dr. Liu Dr. Stanley Jessica and the big man. All wonderful. Reception top

It took several days to get someone on the phone to schedule my appointment. finally someone called back and scheduled with me over the phone. it took about 30min to schedule which is ridicolous.Arriving at the outpation center my appointment was at 7.15 am and i was told to arrive 15Min earlier. i was there at 7 am but it wasnt even open. A few minutes later someone opened I checked in but had to wait another 45 Min. That is insaned. The lady at the front desk was nice i think the person who scheduled over the phone was the one who messed it up

Me my sister and my nephew all got rapid Covid tests. AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY STAFF. My last Covid test was a nightmare and I was screaming. Our doctor KATHY who swabbed us was the least painful doctor and explained everything to insure we were comfortable. I would most definitely recommend this location for testing.

Clean place. Very poor service received.

The Baptist Diagnostic Imaging Center in Davie hands down is one of their finest locations. The staff was outstanding from the Front desk person Tashira and James to the technician Yoshira to the Doctor Dr. Groves. I cant tell you how on point and professional and extremely attentive they were to myself and all of the patients the few times I visited this week. I am so thankful that Baptist Health has such a great staff that knows how to treat their patients. Given that I love the Coral Springs location so much I was not sure what to expect when I went to the Davie location....It was definitely a great experience overall...

Dont trust the staff fro. Urgent care to make an appointment to see the orthopedic after they put a temporary cast for a fraction on your hand... and then the orthopedic super girl in charge Kristi kristy...?? Calls you with a ph that you cant reach her anyways... to tell you that u have to have a tellmed appointment or ...... I have a temporary cast that I dont k ow if its healing my hand but Kristy wont be back till Monday to go over my appointment that they set up for me? A virtual doctor cant see through my temporary cast... right? And I spoke to quite a few people before I found out that kristiKristy was NOT going to able to help me by me calling her to the that she left on my voicemail... boomer And have something to say about the receptionist that was there on April 720 urgent care not  very helpful... I couldnt fill out the form because of my right hand am right handed being in pain... so she keep on saying... DO BEST OF YOUR ABILITIES... OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT LOL and the I hear someone from the back... Ill help her And ALL this receptionist need it was my name DOB verify My address and a signature or a X since I couldnt use my writing hand... she must be new I never experienced this at this location before... ever... disappointing

I was happy when I saw they were open until 11pm when my son was sick with flu like symptoms. They started seeing patients out of order and not based on priority. An hour and 20 minutes to run a flu test is ridiculous. The urgent care by Fresh Market had us in and out in 20 minutes when my son was sick last year. I am at 1 hour and 20 minutes and waiting... hours are good but inefficient makes you want to suffer til morning Go to a faster one.
