I came on a Sunday first thing in the morning so concerned for my health and nervous. The staff was so nice and efficient. Everything was so clean. Nurse Jess was so kind and listened to me fully. I also had my 4yr old daughter with me and she made it fun for her and spoke with her so amazingly while caring for me. She understood me and left me feeling like this is going to be ok (I was nervous I would be treated differently for being more on the holistic side but know when it’s time to seek further care). Doctor Connie Liu was incredible as well!!! She listened to my concerns and hesitation towards certain treatment while making me feel understood. She explained everything completely to me and gave me a prescription that would work for me & gave me the peace that I needed since I’m so sensitive to medications and was nervous to take anything too strong. The whole staff here is great. I would not hesitate going to the urgent care again as I have in the past. My fear is gone after this experience. I was treated and cared for and listened to. I am grateful for care providers like this especially now with how crazy things are it’s comforting to know that we have a place to go in the event of an urgency. Thank you.

I had a great experience at baptism urgent care at Davie, Fl. As a healthcare provider I was able to see how well organized and prepared the staff was to respond and address all my concerns. If I ever need urgent care I will not hesitate on visiting this location for care.

Extremely professional visit, doctor did a cat scan and they found two kidney stones, gave me some medication and I was on my way. Overall visit took two hours. I was impressed that they actually went to do the scan considering the hospital I had went to, two weeks prior marked me down as having hip pain and told me just to keep taking tylenol. If you’re thinking about going to a hospital, avoid and go here instead.
