Daniel Grobman's Online Review Report Card

Dr Grobman walked in and immediately introduced himself by his first name, and smiled. He made me feel very welcomed and it was evident I was going to have a great experience just by the way he carried and presented himself. I did my research and he knew it. He not only spent as much time as I wanted, he allowed me to discuss other considerations to see if they were related to my current condition. He was thoughtful and explained every aspect of my situation without rushing. He reviewed my X Rays in detail, and explained everything clearly. I asked his advice on Chiropractic treatment in replace of or addition to therapy. He did not bash nor did he recommend. In my case, it really wasn't necessary and I knew it. However, for a sudden flare up, it could be a future option rather than considering it for routine treatment. I asked him about self serving traction products and he explained these in details, pros and cons and what to look for. This Dr gets it! You are in great hands here!

I received a phone call the day before my 14 year old daughter's appointment with Dr Grobman. I was told that Dr. Grobman did not treat patients under 18 which I could not understand because this was my daughter's 3rd appointment with Dr. Grobman. The lady just laughed (yes laughed) and then asked could we come in earlier for our appointment. I explained that my daughter was in school and we could not come any earlier. When we arrived at the office for our appointment we checked in, paid the co-pay, and then waited for over an hour. After waiting for that long, we were told that Dr. Grobman was not there and had left much earlier that day. I could not believe it. It was clear that he never planned on making this appointment but why not call us in advance in reschedule OR if you do not want to treat children anymore than tell us and help us identify another doctor. What a waste of my time! And then to make matters worse, I have to wait an estimated 30 days to get reimbursed.

Called prior to my daughter's visit to take copay, then say we should get there early. We said we couldn't due to daughter's school. Showed up, checked in... waited 45 min only to be told Dr. Was not in!!!! They took my co-pay, wasted my time. THE WORST.

Great Personality! Took his time in explaining results, findings & treatments.

I’ve been seeing Dr Grobman on & off for years, as needed. He has always been exceptional with his concerns regarding my health….

Absolutely horrible experience. My dog has received better care for backpain than I received at Dr. Grobman's office. I came to Dr. Grobman's office with severe backpain and extremely limited mobility. He spent only 5 minutes in the room just to leave and never come back. When the nurse came to collect me, I told her I had questions to ask the doctor. She left to get him and I assume he didn't want to come back because when she returned to the room, she wanted to know my questions.... No one provided me with what medications I should take, how to manage my pain, what at home remedies I can be doing, etc. Not only a waste of time, but a waste of money. I don't know where they acquired their patient care or empathy, but he should not be allowed to practice medicine.

Dr showed no empathy to my issues, advised to talked about one of my related problems during the consult and make another appointment for the other area that was bothering me. Dr examined a few of the images I recently got done for x rays and MRI and he just said “ it’s not that bad” no other opinion or clinical explanation about my condition. Not coming back for evaluation of my other areas of concerns.

I visited with Dr. Grobman in Oct 2020, due to constant and horrible pain on my back - a constant 10 in pain scale - making me unable top function as a professional and a person. I have tried everything except surgery and I shared with the doctor a detailed and extensive records of treatments previously attempted, including tons X-rays and Ultrasounds. He ignored all the past history (no homework done), he seemed in hurry, distant, uncaring & unempathetic of my condition, and all he did was order an MRI. Nothing else. Clearly a kind of professional that only cares about money. He also seemed bothered about my non native English skills, probably must have a reason behind this type of behavior... (a bad day?). I took all my documentation and the MRI to a caring spine doctor and my case was very serious and he did not understand why the previous doctor did not see that. It was a case for surgery due to a degenerative disc disease. It was a case for back surgery. A validated with a second specialist. Keep way from Dr. Grobman.
