When my insurance changed, I needed to find a new primary care physician. I was lucky enough to find Dr Penzell. In the 3 years I've been seeing him, I've received more comprehensive, smart, careful care from him than I did in the entire 15 years I was with my prior doctor. Dr Penzell has an amazing bedside manner, and is fantastic at explaining things. And since he works at a teaching facility, he is always right on top of the latest methods and medical research. Appointments may take a little longer, because he's explaining things to interns, but while he does that, I'm learning too! It's very different from many doctors where appointments are rushed and it's easy for things to be overlooked. I always look forward to seeing Dr Penzell.
