Donald Howard's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Howard is an excellent diagnotician, listens well, has an excellent staff who gets referrals and authorizations very quickly and always faxes to the specialists' offices. He is always on time and extremely respectful.

Dr. Donald Howard is a very kind, experience and attentive doctor. He is never rushing and after a thorough physical examination he takes time to listen and answer any questions and/or concerns. The office is very well organized and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Appointments are given with a reasonable amount of time and once in the office you enter within a few minutes of waiting. I am very happy with Dr. Howard and will recommend to anyone.

Prepare to be forgotten. Multiple calls to get scheduled to see Dr. Howard are fielded by his discourteous front office staff and then rather than being seen you are handed off to a nurse practitioner who tries to diagnosis and treat via phone. This yielded mis-diagnosis after mis-diagnosis. His practice is trash. You won't be helped. They'd prefer you to stay sick or shop you out to other physicians or Urgent Care. Horrible experience.

FRIENDLY MEDICAL SERVICE OFFICE

I never felt so humiliated .. I have come to see the gynecologist David A Howard. 1st . they are treat to you terrible may be because you only 26 or because they have no education. 2. You wait 45 minutes .3. You say you have pain .. and doctors says all is well how he see..really? but I have pain...and he says ohhh may be its on your psychology. 4. They never do not you call.. and when you call they answer to you very rude .. especially a girl named Libya. 5. You have to pay a huge bill .. Tenby though they did not help. As well as if you want to know your tests you have to wait for that 2 weeks and then u need pick up, because they do not send you to not email and not a mail ..so I am so sad about this experience. And I think that place cant work with patients.

I've been a patient for over 5 years. This is the best doctor's office I've ever been to! They are so kind, courteous and friendly. I love Dr. Howard and everone at the office,

The nurse said I could not go in as there were too many people in the room and that the doctor doesn't like people in the room. I asked the nurse to ask the doctor to make an exception as I am not always in town. The nurse never came out to give me any satisfaction at all. When the visit was over I asked her agin to speak with the doctor. She said he was too busy and that he would call later in the day. He did not call and when I asked the nurse why she never came out to see me. She was rude and said well the fact that I didn't come out to get you was your answer.

Got same day appointment. Nice staff. Doctor took thorough history and gave me the most complete exam I ever had! Took his time. Explained everything ...
