My dad had surgery on January 14th and Eric in guest relations on the surgical floor in outpatient surgery was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure my mom and I were ok and in good spirits. He was so attentive and accommodating. Eric truly made what would have otherwise been an emotionally charged day, way less stressful. Thank you Eric for the kindness you’ve shown us. You are appreciated!

Eric @guest relations on the surgical floor, was very helpful keeping me up to date on my family members recovery status. He went above an beyond at the end of his shift. Eric came to the cafeteria, letting me she was ready for a short visit when I was ready. The waiting room was clean well kept. I was able to get work down and enjoy quiet time.

Tuve mis dos partos en este hospital. En ambas ocasiones, todo el personal, todas las enfermeras y médicos me trataron con mucha amabilidad, empatía y respeto. No podría estar más agradecida con el personal. Sobre todo las enfermeras de labor y parto y post parto quienes me acompañaron en cada momento. Gracias!

I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy at HCA. The first time I went into the hospital was for preop and we met Jovani. He was amazing and kind. When we went back to the hospital for the surgery, Jovani happened to be there that day and he came by the room before I even went back to surgery to check on us and see how things were going. When I got to recovery he was assigned to us and he came and checked on us often and he was the person to help me discharge at the end of the day. He was amazing and super kind the whole time we really felt like he took great care of us.

Great team , everyone was very nice .Someone was always available to attend to my needs. To be honest going in i was a bit skeptical , but been there for 3 days i became relaxed & comfortable . Thanks to all of you , great job .

They are horrible at this place taking their time no sense of urgency doesnt listen to their patient symptoms giving them unnecessary test and sending them off the same way they came in its disgrace that place needs to be evaluated immediately

I have always recommended this hospital to everyone because of how fast and kind the staff usually are. However, my experience on January 1 was extremely disappointing. I accompanied a close friend who was suffering from a kidney stone and was in excruciating pain. He is a physician in Colombia, but that should be irrelevant to the care he receives. Unfortunately, the attending provider, SCHREIBER, GOLDA PA, took an excessive amount of time to see him. When she finally entered the room, her attitude was cold, rude, and completely lacking empathy, despite the obvious level of pain my friend was experiencing. Later, when she returned and realized that my friend was also a doctor, her attitude noticeably changed she became somewhat more polite and attentive. This shift was very upsetting. Medical care should never depend on a patient’s profession or status. Compassion and professionalism should be consistent for every patient. I am deeply disappointed by this experience. No patient in severe pain should ever be treated with indifference or disrespect. This encounter does not reflect the standard of care I have come to expect from this hospital.
