My experience with Dr. Fábregas was terrible. He keeps canceling my appointments and never send me the results of my laboratory so I don’t know my health condition. This is very concerning. Silvia Vázquez

I have been dealing with this provider for the past 8 months at the weston location and every time I call it is the worst. Im either sent straight to voicemail or Im put on hold without asking what I need prior to be putting on hold. I am a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant exactly the job that the people answer the phone are and I know that this is not proper phone etiquette especially in a doctors office. I dont know how theyre still open. I was just on hold for literally and half an hour only to hang up and call back to find out that they were out at lunch somebody answered the call put me on hold I did not get a check in waiting for a half an hour to find out that they were out at lunch Every time I need my prescription refilled its at least a week Im waiting and theyre constantly telling me to call back to remind them to fill my prescription literally calling them back to remind them to do their job.I never leave bad reviews because I understand jobs are hard as it is but this is ridiculous ridiculous very very upsetting. On top of that Im being billed a pretty large amount only to call my insurance providers and they do not find one single patient financial obligation on any of my appointments so Im calling the billing manager and again no answer very very bad service. I will be changing my provider today.
