Henderson Behavioral Health's Online Review Report Card

A therapist has been helping me overcome the abuse from a Pembroke Pines Therapist Dr. Percy Ricketts LMHC.Only used their services twice since having therapy sessions over Zoom wasnt ideal.I switched to another center that has been helping me more thoroughly since its in person.However if youre a student at Broward Colleges its 6 free sessions so if Zoom is manageable I would go for it.

The nurse there lies and is very rude and every time I call her she is prejudice and an angry individual who doesnt know how to do her job called today and she told me I had to wait a month to get a refill on my meds who does that Jul 15 2021

If I could give a less than ZERO star rating I would. My sister suffered a mental breakdown while visiting from out of state and after being referred by ER staff we followed up with this awful place. This alleged ‘Dr. Ismail’ was extremely rude had NO compassion and when we told her we had questions about my sister’s condition and prescribed medications she actually said she didn’t have time and that she was done and she had other patients to see She spent less than 5 minutes with my sister The waiting room was empty when we got there and empty when we left If you love your family and yourself STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ESPECIALLY THIS SOCALLED DOCTOR

My brother is schizophrenic. He lives in a facility a half an hour away from me. I needed to schedule an appointment to get his meds renewed. They wouldnt give me one. They said that he needs to call in himself. HE IS NOT CAPABLE OF SCHEDULING HIS OWN APPOINTMENTS If he didnt want to go to the appointment he wouldnt go with me so why would I schedule an appointment for him if I knew he wouldnt go? I thought we worked this out with them. He gave me full authorization last time we were there. I told them that I have a medical power of attorney. Its just an appointment. If he doesnt get his meds he will go off the rails and it will be Hendersons fault

Dr. Ismael is the greatest no problems for over many years of service.

I called this place yesterday after being referred by the 211 hotline. I was having a bit of a breakdown and thought I would be calling a place who dealt with this sort of thing. Wrong the receptionist clicked over and put me on hold for about 5 minutes with no warning. This brought me back to reality. Dont turn to these people for help keep searching and find someone who actually values your time and takes you seriously.

Staff is horrifyingly rude.

Havent had an issue

I dont know why people are giving negative comments but this place it is an excellent place I never had two wait but more than I did 10 minutes at the most and everybody there is so nice they make you feel welcome the the receptionist is awesome. And again I do recommend the place its helped me come a long way and I appreciate them from the bottom of myits helped me come a long way and I appreciate them from the bottom of my ❤️

Ive been fortunate enough to have had a great experience at Henderson. I got the care I needed and while I have had to wait a bit its worth the treatment and improvement Ive been able to find through this location.
