Huyen Nguyen's Online Review Report Card

It doesn't make since to have made an appointment months in advance just to sit in waiting room for an hour. This seems to be a consistent thing. So either the staff is not scheduling right or more than the allotted time is being takin for each patient. Either way not fair t o the patient. I have a life and a schedule to follow also , and I don't have time to be sitting waiting because you don't know how to run a doctors office sufficiently. The crazy thing is I actually like the Dr. , but this bothers me more and more. Looking for new doctor.

Dr. Nguyen really listened and provided a multi-tiered approach to help me with health issues. The wait time was not terrible, but the time spent with her was invaluable. I have changed primary care physicians 3 times in the past two years but thankfully, I have finally found one who I trust with my health. Great level of care.

One of the worst doctors in San Antonio. Wait times are atrocious, staff is rude and now she is requiring every patient whether they have a medical reason or not must be vaccinated for CV-19. And I quote "I need to protect myself and my staff" Hmmm...protect yourself and your staff? How about protecting your patients? How about looking at their medical history before suggesting a vaccine that can cause blood clots especially in patients that have had previous blood clots? We are not an anti-vaccine family, many family members have received it, but I will not put another family member's life at risk so the "doctor" can feel better about herself and garner political brownies points from her peers. My advice...I'm sure there are other doctors in San Antonio that actually care about patients health better than this selfish irresponsible lazy "doctor" Do no harm...

Wait time is always over and hour! Dr. is very condescending!

Although I have endured long waits I appreciate Dr. Nguyen's interest in my health and her care. I have recommended four other patients who are all very pleased by her care. One had been ill in the UK for over a year but Dr. Nguyen sent him to hospital where he was correctly diagnosed and the problem was correctly treated. Dr Nguyen uses her computer to keep track of what is said and prescribed so you have a clear account of your visit when you leave. The office staff are helpful and friendly.

The long wait wasn't the problem it was the Dr. Her staff is great but her not so much!!! As I tried to explain my most important issue insomnia she already text book me as bipolar. I mentioned my past cutting and how I stopped on my own till my parents passed in 2012 and that I did it again that yr. She mentions she's never known anyone who has done it in her 40yrs of practice. And that she guess she hung around the wrong people. What professional says that?

Dr Nguyen is one of the finest doctors in San Antonio. She is concerned about her patients and when you leave you fully understand what you have to do and what the problems is.

Avoid the hassle. Dr. Nguyen's staff is disorganized, hard to reach and does not care about people.
