I went to Good Samirtan ER...the satellite hospital on Haverhill. I had a very bad panic attack. I had also recently been diagnosed with Coronary Artery Disease. But, I wasn't in the ER for this. Even though I was there for a panic attack, I had a couple of questions and concerns about my recent CAD diagnois. So, I asked Dr. Servetas a question about the disease, as it was in my file from a previous ER visit. In an extremely rude tone, he told me that he is an ER doctor and I was there for ER treatment. But, in a huff, he checked my medical file, and answered my question. I had been in and out of the ER for panic attacks since my Coronary Artery disease diagnosis. I have a history of panic attacks. I have trouble breathing when they are really intense. So, Dr. Servetas didn't give me proper medical treatment. This doctor has THE WORST bedside manner of any doctor I've ever seen. Including all doctors. Not just ER. This jerk needs to lose his Medical License.

LEAVE THE ER IMMEDIATELY IF THIS DOCTOR IS ON SHIFT! My brother was sent home with extremely physical signs of a stroke which it was later confirmed that he had suffered from 2 strokes one of which he experienced while in the hospital. I know people make mistakes, BUT this type of mistake should not be tolerated and this doctor should not be practicing medicine. Every other review he has is terrible! The hospital administration should really look into their hiring practices. TERRIBLE DOCTOR!!!!!

Dr.Servetas was really unprofessional and rude. He didn't pay attention to us the family when we were explaining about the medical history at the ER, he basically left us talking with the assistant and left the room!!! ??

Careless, Raises voice, refusal to contact your family doctor for documents, overlooks prior diagnoses and allergies, Should not be in charge of anyone's health...ever.
