I was satisfied with the service overall. I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable timeframe, I didn't wait too long in the lobby, or exam room. More importantly, Dr. Cooper has great bedside manner that many physicians don't have. He took his time to listen and explain and offer options. The staff was nice also.

I was apprehensive about seeing Dr. Cooper because of the negative reviews. He has a serious disposition and is right to the point but he was also very reassuring. I was very nervous because I had terrible pain from shingles in my ear and face but he repeatedly reassured me I would be ok. It's been a few weeks since I saw him and I am better. I would see him again.

I had doctor Cooper many years ago, I went back to him a few weeks ago to have a sleep study done. I got a bill from the company that I had my study with, first it was $40 then another bill for $180 I called them to find out why the bill changed they told me that they are an out of network provider. So I called doctor Cooper’s office to find out if I have a HMO insurance why would they have me do a test with an out of network doctor didn’t make any sense. So I requested to speak to the office manager Karen it been over two weeks and I keep calling and nothing she don’t return calls very unprofessional, call me back to see what I want or why am calling. Two weeks still waiting for a call for the office.

This is the worse Dr I ever see before. Don’t show sympathy for the patient, arrogant and very rude person. Don’t give you options for treatment, only allergy medication ( same one that he knew is not working )
