Complete negligence. Needed to sign a death certificate within 72 hours, it has now been two weeks. Was contacted daily by both the family and the cremation center and he ignored every call, E-mail, fax, and text.

I was a patient at University Hospital for irregular heartbeats, or Atrial Fibrillation. He immediately ordered lab tests, recognized my low magnesium level, and started me on intravenous magnesium. After the very first dose I was back in normal sinus rhythm. I found him very professional and thorough. Thank you, Dr. Mack!

He is the worse doctor ever, he didn't aproache me in the profesional manner he got angry when i start questions, he got upset when i didn't understand what he Was telling me about My mother sickness this person should'nt be a doctor he behave like a mecanic carpeenter or somethingelse he is not a professional at all. After 11 days Of My mother death he haven't sign the paperwok Of the cause Of My mother's death. I wouldn't recommend him not even for a simple toth pain

Dr. Mack came to visit me in the Hospital he was the covering doctor, he was the most rude arrogant individual I ever met in my life. Very dismissive, unable to explain anything. He didn't even look at me nor examine me. I will be filing a complaint with the medical board, and the hosptial.
