I am 52 yrs old with multiple health issues. In my 52 yrs I have never had a primary caregiver give such personal and amazing service! All of my other Drs are from Cleveland Clinic. However, I would not even consider leaving Kirenia!

Very dissappointed and one of the worst decisions I made. They had to beg and remind her that she had a patient. She rushed me like I was some patient with an infectious disease. My blood results came back with all white blood cells very high and all she could tell me was that I have an infection and that I need to come back to repeat the test . She did not make any effort to find out what the infection was or write me antibiotics. I’m just realizing I have had a severe UTI bladder infection that is chronic at this point because it should have been treated. My new doctor is worried that my kidney may have been infected. My new doctor was so shocked at her negligence including my gynecologist. I hoping-my kidneys are fine because I will be definitely pressing charges If they have become infected. This is unacceptable.

Definitely recommend. She hears your concerns and addresses every single one of them. She is patient and explains everything clearly. She makes sure she does everything she can to help you improve. She conducts studies to see what specific medicine you need or if she need to refer you to a specialist. I prefer seeing her over any other provider at PCP.
