List of Li Zhang's Reviews
Very poor service
I’ve seen Dr. Zhang for years and I’ve never had any issue wrong in any of the visits, she has handle my issue very carefully, answered my questions and has made sure that all my diagnosis been looked and cared fore that way I would feel much better, as her attitude she’s awesome!
She is very very good. No great. Staff at Cleveland Clinic are horrible. Do not treat you with respect. I will leave my email address and 10-1 they shall not respond. Sign in at the electronic board and everyone had to sign in again at the front desk. Why? I was told they do not take Medicare Health Insurance. Their website says they do. 561-294-8223
Dr. Zhang apparently can't be bothered to help my mother. I was with her at her last visit. Dr. Zhang wouldn't answer any questions. We asked her if my mother's medications need adjustment, and Dr. Zhang said just to tell her what we wanted and she'd prescribe it! Really? My brother-in-law, who is also a doctor, even tried to speak with her on the phone, and she blew him off. She wrote that the next appointment shouldn't be for a year! For a 96 year old women with two leaking heart valves! We'd had high hopes for working with her just a few months ago, as she took Mom off of a harmful medication. But, she is rude and rushed. If she is an expert as her profile indicates, it's too bad that her attitude is SO awful. To me, she is actually dangerous. My mother wasn't happy with her attitude prior to this visit, but after this, she won't go back. Too bad the Palm Beach Gardens Cleveland Clinic won't allow for actual reviews on their site. Those shown there can't be for the same doctor...
Very caring and very thorough. I am confident that I'm getting the best care possible.
Horrible. I had a 230 appt, told to be there 2pm to complete onboarding paperwork. I survived a heart attack 8 days prior by the way, so time is precious to me. I sat in the waiting room with no updates since 2pm and my watch shows 3:10pm. I left the office to find a better Doctor who cares about their patients. I finally received a call at 315pm from her nurse/assistant who asked where I went. I told her that Dr. ZHang was 45 minutes late with no updates!!! I left. HORRIBLE.
Dr. Zhang is the worst doctor you can go too. She dropped me in the middle of a crisis while in the hospital. She states she cannot continue care for me due to be complicated the very reason why I am in the hospital. Her excuse to drop me in the middle of this is that I’m under care with another cardiologist. Stay away from her if you expect her to have compassion for you. And thats important if you ask me.
Dr. Zhang saved my life! She worked diligently to get the test needed for a diagnosis. I had a 99% blockage that is called the widow maker, I had surgery the same day as the test. Her quick action, knowledge and communication was invaluable. I refer her to everyone I know that needs a cardiologist.
I liked Dr. Zhang. The consultation, tests and diagnosis all in one day was to the point, no time wasted. Some patients like to chat but I understand that the doctor has other patients. So, punctuality and focus on me, the patient, along with an accurate diagnosis of my slow heart rate was the bottom line result of my time efficient visit with Dr. Zhang.
Dr. Zhang seemed competent. However, her staff was among the worst I've see in decades. I am also a doctor. If I allowed my staff to treat patients as I was treated, I would soon be out of business. The staff were uncaring and completely uninterested in patients' well being. They wasted 6 hours in three aborted visits as a result of their errors and complete disregard the value of my time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
