Lita Calagua Solis's Online Review Report Card

This doctor doesn't care enough about her patients to carry medical malpractice insurance. She has her own opinions and is not concerned with yours. I hope she never gets another patient again.

My Husband is a patient of Dr. Calagua. I have seen a huge difference in his overall physical and mental health since he has been under her care.

Dr Calagua has terrible bedside manners. She expects that you talk about the mental challenges and problems of your elderly parent in front of them. Is a very delicate topic that can erode their dignity. She should set aside five minutes with the accompanying relative to discuss the issues. Also, she passes judgement to the family members assuming that what the elderly parent with memory loss issues is saying it’s the truth.

I really like the care and treatment that I have been receiving for many years with Dr. Lita Calagua, she is a magnificent specialist. Me gusta mucho la atención y el trato que recibo desde hace muchos años con la Dra. Lita Calagua, es una magnifica especialista.

Dr. Calagua listened attentively to my concerns regarding my mother's sensitive medication and quickly took action requesting her recent blood work results to review and be able to monitor. I'm confident she'll follow through.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found Dr.Lita Calagua. I had been suffering from pressure in my head for several days and sought her help. She ordered an MRI, which led to a very concerning result. However, the doctor was suspicious of the report and sent me for a second opinion at a different facility. It was discovered that I did have a brain bleed, but not the kind initially suspected. The doctor acted quickly, advising me to stop taking my medication (Walfarin) and contacting my cardiologist and primary care physician. From the moment I met her, she was warm, informed, and dedicated to ensuring I received the care and attention I needed. Three months later, thanks to her expertise and care, I made a full recovery.

I have been a patience of Dr. Calagua for the past 10 years. I have found Dr. Calagua an excellent physician. She has also treated my Mother for dementia. We have found Dr. Calagua a very caring and thoughtful Doctor. Whenever I have called her for any consultation for either myself or my Mother she was always available and very considerate of our concerns. I would recommend Dr. Calagua to any of my colleague, friends or family.

No one should ever visit this doctor ever in their lifetime. It took me three days just to get in contact with the doctor whom was not helpful. Staff is incompetent and ignores patients concerns and issues do not go to this office this practice should be closed immediately…. I will file more complaints to the board.

My experience with the doctor and her assistant that takes the information when you get to the back was awesome. They both listened to my issues. I was respected and they both showed empathy. I have been experiencing pain for about 4 years now and with Dr.Lita’s help I’m sure I will feel better soon with the proper diagnosis. My First visit really gave me hope. I look forward to my follow-up appointment in February. Thank you to you and your staff.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had a doctor’s office. Scheduled me for an appointment 3 months out and when I responded to the office, I was told they had no record for the appointment. So the incompetent person at the window scheduled me for another appointment two days later. I was then called by the doctor’s office to confirm my appointment but for a different day and time. Then at the appointment, they had to repeat the test because of additional incompetence and not saving the results. Requested in multiple occasions to have my report faxed and emailed to another doctor and to my surprise, it wasn’t done. (Sarcasm) The phones were transferred to an answering service prior to 2pm even though they are open till 5pm. This required me to drive to the office to get my report. Stay far far away from this place!!!!!
