Latosha Jackson, duty position, medical records is an absolute professional. I needed her assistance to support my VA Disability Claim. She immediately emailed me the information needed to complete my claim. Her attitude, what a pleasant voice with a sincere genuine concern to help others. Dr. Teltser, please commend this outstanding employee! Ernest Sosa
Everything was ok at my appointment
TELTZER HAS ZERO PERSONALITY WHICH ISN'T THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN THE WORLD BUT HE'S WAY TOO SLOW TO ORDER A TEST...THE PROPER ONE THAT IS NEEDED.
It was a 7 min. nightmare and unconcerned Teltser. Also, not professional and no nurse in the room while examining me!!! Not able to practice at Memorial anymore!! Never again to see him. Professionals are in the Memorial Group that I now see!!
The worst experience with a doctor.Prescribed me new meds that my insurance didn't pay for $$$ blood pressure and also cholesterol the most expensive on the market.Send me for an ultrasound at the convenience of his office$$$ when back 2 weeks after for a stress test that never happened before he forgot to say I should be of the meds for the test I had a terrible reaction to the new meds and tried to call them for 2 weeks and never respond til 2 weeks later on Frid night after the office closed
My husband is a patient of Dr. Teltser, he loves him as a physician however the office staff is horrible. Specifically the nurses/perscriptions desk. Everytime he is perscribed a medication it takes us 2-3 weeks to get it filled because they never send it to the pharmacy. How can a cardiologist office not send someone's blood pressure medcine to the pharmacy as needed. If he's getting this prescription it's for a reason and the fact that they are so negligent is beyond me. We have currently been waiting 2 going on 3 weeks for this new Rx and last time it also took us 2-3 weeks to get someone to send it over. Simply UNACCEPTABLE.
Dr, Teltser doesn't tell you anything about your test results beyond saying "hum" as you ask him for details. He didn't pick up my heart murmur while listening to my heart but my primary doctor did. Constantly entering data into his computer makes no personal contact. Each time I visit him I have to tell him everything from scratch even as it is all in my chart. If he is a cardio specialist you would never know it by his total lack of feedback. Keep looking for a better doctor.
I was referred to Dr. Teltser because my primary care physician at Associates MD had noticed a pattern in my bloodwork that could be indicative of an infective heart condition. They were concerned enough to write a prescription for an echocardiogram and encourage me to make an appointment the same week. I had an 1115 appointment two days later for which I was on time. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour and a half before being seen. Once I was in the exam room Dr. Teltser briskly introduced himself and proceeded to listen to me breathe and then squeeze my ankles. At that point he stated that I had nothing wrong and declined to perform the echocardiogram. When I pointed out that my primary care physician a physicians assistant from Associates MD was concerned enough to recommend my followup appointment and had put me on a strong course of antibiotics Dr. Teltser actually laughed in my face and asked Oh is he a doctor? When I explained that he was in fact a PA Dr. Teltser replied Well Im a doctor and I said youre fine. On the way out one of the front office employees encouraged me to get a second opinion. This was by far the least professional experience I have ever had with a doctor or medical office. I actually hope hes right but it would seem like a lucky guess if he was and even being right doesnt excuse treating your patients read CUSTOMERS like unlearned clods while denigrating other practicioners within your group. I wont be back and unfortunately this has ruined the entire Associates MD experience for me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
