My wife who was a patient called in October for having extreme pain and couldn’t walk and was told they can’t see her till January of 23, they said they don’t have emergency appointments, needless to say she had a hip replacement by another Doctor who was absolutely the best, if you have an emergency with this group Good Luck!

Last month I had a consultation just for a check up at Memorial Division of Cardiac Services at Aventura. I did that basic 30 seconds electrocardiogram and talked about 5 minutes with Doctor Wayne Marshall. I have Florida Blue Health insurance. Today I got my bill for that consultation $604 plus $66 for that basic 30 sec electrocardiogram. They don’t tell you how much you will spend up front because they want to rip you off a month later with an abusive charge that now you have to pay or they will send you to collection. Be very careful about the abusive charges of this place. Do your Google research and ask friends and you will see that a cardiologist consultation in Miami should be between $195 to $335. Not sure if it is the doctor or this clinic but $670 is for sure abusive if not criminal to their patient. I will never go back there. Be careful with this place charges!

Where to start?! Memorial Hospital West stepped up and accepted us like family when my baby boy and five other NICU babies needed an emergency evacuation from SWFL due to hurricane Ian. All of the NICU nurses and staff were amazing in every way possible. All of the donations and gifts have touched our hearts ♥️ We can not thank you enough for everything! Although we are happy to be back home, we miss everyone from the NICU. THANK YOU!

I went to the ER at Memorial Regional on June, 2022. Let’s begin with the ER waiting area was stuffy, smelled and outdated! Once inside it took over 2 hours to be seen by the doctor who came in looked at me for a good 5-7minutes ordered X-rays and walked out. Never saw him again I was discharged by the nurse on staff. During this time while sitting there the nurses, doctors walked by feces by another patient. As I was exiting the ER room I was yelled at by two registrar employees about exiting the wrong way, I apologized and asked for the pharmacy and both looked at me with deer in headlight look. Neither knew exactly where it was!!! I have no insurance and receive a $2,290.00 bill for the horrendous service at this dump of a hospital! I wouldn’t recommend!

Memorial West employs PA's that gaslight their patients. Refusing treatment to a breast cancer warrior and calling her a drug seeker is unacceptable and DISGUSTING. This woman is no addict, not even close, but millions of people across this country were turned into addicts by these very doctors that have the audacity to turn around and make these kinds of accusations while the hospitals that employ them allow it and turn a blind eye. The AUDACITY. How anyone could send their loved one here for TREATMENT is beyond me.

I recommend the Memorial Healthcare System for treatment all day everyday. I do NOT recommend MHS as a former employee. As an 18 year employee, with 17 outstanding evaluations (by 3 different bosses), when I was diagnosed with a chronic illness and 1 week after receiving a bonus for being an “outstanding” employee…I was placed on an unpaid leave of absence to “handle” my medical issues. The system has fought for 3 years against an ADA lawsuit filed on my behalf. They have lied through depositions and written statements that I find the need to share. I have been quiet for 3 years hoping they would do the right thing. No more!

Why on a TV ad would you tell people to only attend gatherings with fully vaccinated other people. If I’m vaccinated do I care if other people are vaccinated hell no If I catch Covid I won’t get any sicker if they’re vaccinated or not. Healthcare systems need to stop sending out mixed messages.

I have been in the ER for 3 hours telling them I’ll have a seizure if we don’t address my Autonomic Dysreflexia, but male nurse by name of Allen told me to just wait cause there are other people. My ER Dr seemed very nice and knowledgeable however there is another gentleman who appears to be a Doctor who was also yelling to the nurse and outright saw me n ignored me when I addressed him. I’m not the only one either.
