The Best! Friendly, professional, cordial, the sonogram-guided injection hurt a pinch--but I walked away with no pain! Dr.Swartzon's bedside manner earns an A+

My experience was horrible. I waited almost 2 hours to see this doctor for him to come in for 5 minutes. He only cares about the pro teams he works for. As I was asking him questions he was walking out the door. He’s full of sarcasm. He didn’t care about my injury. The people he has working for him are disorganized and don’t follow through. You’re lucky if you get a call back when leaving a message. Second time going they had to change my time because once again the pro team came first. Plus he never even gave me a diagnosis. I left there with no answers. Clueless! Would never go back or recommend.

From the moment that I met with his "positive energy" receptionist, to the nice lady that helped me complete my patient profile, to the process of getting my X-Ray, followed by meeting with his Sports Trainer, then with Dr. Swartzon, my experience was really wonderful. His entire staff was professional and courteous, and Dr. Swartzon was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and truly interested in understanding the problems with my right shoulder and how he could help me solve them. I can't wait for my next consultation. Thanks again Dr. Swartzon and your incredible medical team!

As a physician taking my wife for an evaluation of her arthritic knee I was impressed by this young mans ability and interest to understand and explain options for her care. I strongly would recommend him if you are looking for a thinker rather than just a do-er

I recently moved to Miami and the way the policy works at Baptist Health is beyond comprehension. I have been explained that it works like a partnership and once you see a doctor, you are a patient of that doctor for life. Well, in law firms, if you can't see a client, and a client really needs you, you find a colleague to help out in the meantime or you will lose that client. I have seen this doctor twice and somehow I am an "established" patient and therefore cannot see anyone else. So, I can be dying in pain, if Dr. Swartzon is not available, too bad. You can't see anyone else, a colleague in his practice, a one-time exception with another doctor, even within the network, it just can't happen. My rating isn't necessarily against the doctor. He is very nice and professional. But is always too busy and getting an appointment with him is close to impossible. I asked to be allowed an exception to see someone else. The answer was "unfortunately it's against policy". Really? Who is the patient in need of medical attention here?

I have been a patient of Dr. Swartzon since 2015. He is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. He has excellent bedside manner. I’m glad to have him as my doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone. Gina

Dr. Swartzon is an exemplary physician.  He takes time to fully listen and makes you feel comfortable.  He helped me out after my injury and I am no longer in any pain.  His staff is also excellent and friendly.

Staff was awesome and attentive. Felt like the doctor really cared and listened to my needs.

I love him and I love his office . Would recommend to everyone .
