I hvnt been to my first appointment but they don’t answer the phone. Wow! How do patients get through to anyone? I’ve tried prompt 3, 2 and simply holding and nothing.

They called my mom who is 82 to reschedule her appointment but never told her they were moving. She went to find a closed door. Not so nice!

El peor servicio! Hice una cita a través de la página que aparece aquí y había mucha disponibilidad de citas agende una y 5 días después me llamaron en dos ocasiones diferentes a cambiar mi cita, finalmente me dieron cita para la 1:30 quedaron de confirmar el día anterior nunca recibí la confirmación al llegar a mi cita a la 1:16 me dice q no me atienden que mi cita era a la 1:00 cuando no era así y que ya no me podían dar otra cita porq la próxima era para un mes y medio y ya con ese tiempo de embarazo ellos no veían pacientes nuevos! El peor servicio 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Espere casi un mes por esta cita tuve q cambiar el permiso en mi trabajo muchas veces por su desorden de cambiar mi cita y ahora tengo 13 semanas de embarazo no he podido ver un obstetra y nadie más me da citas por que todas las citas son muy lejanas! 💩😡😡😡

Love this office.. barely any long wait times they are on point with appointments. But Shout out to Dr. Neil Salas! the best! he delivered my baby im a first time mother I was nervous things got a bittt complicated at the end of my pregnancy but again this man acted fast made decisions communicated with me ALWAYS while making sure we were both on the same page.. truly recommend him!

The office is clean and the staff are doing a wonderful job. Dr. Salas delivered my first baby, I've never went to see a doctor until I was pregnant, and let me tell you he is the first and best doctor I've ever went to, he's the kindest, he's very polite, he listens to your concerns. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Salas is incredibly smart, kind and patient. His bedside matter is exceptional and always pays very close attention when I am speaking and answers questions thoroughly. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. The office is very clean and renovated. The staff is very nice and they move patients along very quickly. I’ve never waited in the lobby for more than 10 minutes and once I’ve been brought back, I’m moved along quickly to see the nurse, tech or doctor immediately.

Front desk staff are polite and professional. Dr. Salas is a excellent doctor. However, I notice there is a lack of communication with Dr. Salas, the front desk, and my specialist during my pregnancy pertaining to my health information down to the date and time of my planned c section. Put me in anxiety but there is always move for improvement.
