The Dr. assistant is rude and inconsiderate. I had called because needed refills and letter sign from the Dr that for High Blood pressure, and she not only deny the help but knowingly transfer me to front desk,(they all are sitting in the same area) who never pick up the phone. I tried to call her 10 more times and never picked up the phone again. Very rude and lacking of professionalism.They should change her. She should not be working there.

I have been Dr Gould's patient for the last 5 years and he has been great. Today he didnt feel comfortable about my blood pressure and immediately ordered an ultrasound. After the nurse finished the ultrasound, he came to the room and examined himself. At the end all was good. He is a great Doctor and Thank you for caring. Reviews about the staff is just not fair. They are trying their best within the current system. I have never had a negative experience with them.

They have been very good to me. The Doctor is very good.I am a retired Medical Professional and from experience no place is perfect but this place is pretty damn close.

Excellent caring Doctor who Listens First, then ask questions and spends all the necessary time to arrive at the correct diagnosis. I highly recommend this Outstanding Cardiologist.

Dr. Gould's experience and knowledge is very impressive and most reassuring. He listened without rushing me and was attentive to all of my questions and especially my concerns. Dr. Gould made me feel like a VIP Patient. His interaction with me was thorough and he spend all the time necessary to make certain that I completely understood the results of my examination as well as his recommendations and treatment options that we discussed. All diagnostic screening and testing are done in the office by a large well trained staff.I highly recommend Dr. Gould to anyone who is looking to be treated by an experienced, caring and empathetic Cardiologist.

This office doesn't respect a patient's TIME...waited for 1 hour and never saw DR GOULD. The office called in the WRONG prescription for my pharmacist and never returned my calls regarding the change in medication. Why would they ask for the co-pay before seeing the DR? because you won't see him.

The medical assistants and ultrasound techs were super nice, but the Dr doesn’t care about his patients. He got in the room eating a sandwich and just said my results were normal and did not explain or show to me the tests results. They even neglected to request CBC to my tests. As far as know is the first test to be requested if you are having palpitations and Tachycardia.Another Dr from a different practice checked my results and said there is no way my results are normal. I have an arrhythmia and need to be in medication. Do now waste your time going to this office
