The other reviews come as no surprise. The staff is very rude and obviously uncaring. They do not communicate well refuse to listen as they interrupt and dont return calls. Adi Kara Paglione and Lorrie Foster are some of the names to be wary of. Go anywhere else.

Just returned from another visit to Associates MD. Even though I arrived early for my appointment actually during lunch break the two girls up front Sherise and Ali were very nice and made me feel at home. My medical assistant Dana took my vitals and answered all my questions. Dr. Cubas went over my blood work with me and made necessary adjustments to medications and recommendations. Nichole then took care of my referrals and prescriptions and of course future appointment.This office is filled with professionals and by the way nice compassionate people. I highly recommend.

Dr Rosen needs to retire Expeditiously. He is very slow You can have an appointment at 10am he takes 3hours before he see you and only spend 10 mins with you.. also they did urine test in the beginning of June to see if I had infection. And its now July 31st and they just told me I had a uti.when they had the result along time ago.. the medical assistants never return calls at all.

The set of people they have working here is the worst. The office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. It’s almost scary that they work in the medical field. I would not recommend stressing yourself up to try and be seen at this doctors office.

Do not use if you need a referral They claim to not receive referral requests and dont work with specialists to accommodate you They will not issue without 57 business days notice

Dr. RICHARD ROSEN GIVES EXCELLENT CARE TO HIS PATIENTS. HE TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN YOUR ISSUES OR DISEASE. HIS MEDICAL ASSISTANT TANYA IS AMAZING. SHE IS VERY COMPASSIONATE AND HAS THE BEST BEDSIDE MANNERS. WHEN I WAS AT THE OFFICE DR. ROSEN’S COMPUTER GUY FORGOT TO SEND MY PRESCRIPTIONS INTO MY PHARMACY. I CALLED TANYA ANS SHE IMMEDIATELY TOOK CARE OF IT NOW THATS THE GREATEST MEDICAL ASSISSTANT
