Hands down the worst Dr. Appointment in 50 years, and first time visit. Started out alright. After about 10 mins they took me in to get 4 vials of blood and a urine sample for testing. TWO HOURS LATER.....still waiting for this elusive appointment with the Doctor. I myself had a meeting to which my clients would not wait two hours, nor should they, I had to leave. Dr. Saltz came out as I was leaving; smiling and taking taking selfies with my helmet. No apology, only we can do a tele visit on your drive home from the appoint you had but we didn't fulfil. Then, to top of the whole ordeal, they never even processed my blood or urine which they took from my body.

Very behind schedule, I waited 1.5 hrs. Very irresponsible. Says one thing but does not follow through in a timely matter. She did give me a phone number to reach her whenever but didn't bother answering my texts when I needed her. Not going back. Wish I could give her 0 stars.

I was waiting 1.5 hrs to be seen next and I kept hearing her chatting away with someone next door, it was infuriating while I was waiting forever just for a physical. Then the next time, I asked for a simple Dr's note to be emailed at the latest an hr before I needed to start work at 12 but she decided not to and then take a 2 hr lunch while I was waiting for the email at work with my boss. She got around to it by 2. Very disappointing, I missed a days work because of her irresponsibility. Never returning. Don't waste your time either.

Dr Saltz is very compassionate toward her patients. She explains your health very clearly and thorough.She has a hard of gold and she goes above and beyond for her patients.

Dr. Saltz is patient, understanding and very helpful. She takes time with each patient and truly listens to any questions or concerns that you may have on that visit. She has a friendly and cheerful personally. I am very happy to have Dr. Robin Saltz as my primary physician.

I have been a patient of Dr Saltz for many years. The care I receive is very personal. She makes you feel like you are her only patient. She takes the time to make certain all your medical needs are met and is available at all times. I highly recommend.

Dr Saltz is amazing. I am so glad I found her! She spends her time with the parient, gets to know you and gives you a chance to ask questions. She genuinely cares about your health, gives honest advice. She is a rare gem in this large sea of unpersonal, cash-making and careless doctors out there.

Dr. Robin Saltz cares about her patients and she listens to your concerns. Is the wait a little long, yes at times, but she is worth the wait. She has gone to "bat" for me with other doctors that had their interests, and not my own. In all our lives we bring our own unique qualities to our jobs, she is a wonderful doctor and person that goes into detail about your needs. If you are an "in and out" person that doesn't like to spend time discussing your options, then, look for another doctor. She is excellent.
