Never answer the phone. Never call in prescriptions when they say. Waste my time and money (had to pay full price as insurance won't cover if NOT called in.) S.O. is NOT happy. Are they EVER open? -Tami Celentano

Does not provide great customer service here. Makes a 99 year old come into the office every 3 months to keep providing prescriptions refills that the patient was on for over 40 years. She will not renew any existing prescription if you don’t come in every three months, so that they can make their money. Their office is not about customer service or doing what’s right for the patient it’s all about money. It’s ridiculous to make someone come in that is 99 years old and can’t walk every 3 months. They have really bad office policies that make it really difficult for the patient. They never call you back when you leave a message, and the pharmacy can never get ahold of them when they do allow prescriptions to be refilled. This is not great customer service, and it shows that the doctor is not confident in her skills because she requires patients to come in every three months. I’ve been a firefighter & a paramedic for 24 years and I’ve never seen a doctor’s office to do this in my lifetime. They are completely unprofessional and they’re not there to help you. They’re there to make your life more difficult which they have done to mine and my grandmother’s life. They basically hold you hostage in their office so they get what they want and not help with what the patient needs are. It feels like they just do not care. And that’s a real shame. Find another doctor because it is not worth the hassle of seeing this doctor.

Dr Ruchika Gadh is the BEST doctor I have ever had. She really listens and discusses my health issues and concerns. She discusses rx solutions as needed and offers helpful medical insights. She really listens and responds appropriately. I actually changed insurance companies to stay with her. Her staff is the best on all levels: time, help, consideration and courteous.

I find that the staff is very rude and uncaring. There is one particular lady in front desk that should probably look for another job in another field. She is very unpleasant and unkind. I don't like dealing with her attitude. Please learn to treat people kindly! This has made me not want to go to this Dr or office overall. I'm looking for a new Dr. Please hire someone else.

I Called to make an appointment as a new patient as the reviews on CIgna was 96% recommended. I gave my information to the person that answered the telephone, then she place me on hold (she was very nice), another female picked up the call and started to ask me the same questions that I already gave the first rep. I told her that i had already gave the same information, she told me that the information was not saved, she became annoyed with me in her tone. I told her that the other lady was able to pull up my information from my telephone number and said the I was already in the system because I visited a doctor in their network a few years ago. She was able to give me my previous address.. I asked her if I could speak with the other lady... She said I am the one taking your information "hun". and there isnt anyone else, I asked to speak with the other person again and she refused, i asked for her name and I would call back. She did not give me her name and hung up! Imagine my disbelief, this was unbelievable. Terrible customer service, especially for someone calling for the first time. Why would I want to visit that doctor. Imagine how may other potential patients this has happened to and the doctor has lost, due to their staff.

Worst staff around and bad service, just called to get a referral for my father, spoke with some unhelpful person named Stephanie with unprofessional attitude, my dad had an appointment for cardiology and doc canceled on him, so I called to get a new referral from the doc office, this ungrateful and disrespectful office staff Stephanie states that she doesn’t know how long it will take for her to get a new referral for my dad, and the new doc I want to get an appointment from is requesting a referral for appointment and this unprofessional Stephanie won’t even say when we can get a referral, referral does take that long, it’s just a process. I hope the doctor knows that because of this unprofessional staff, we are considering going to a different doctor altogether. They are providing a service, we are not begging for anything free. Just requesting a service, this is no way to treat a patient. This staff is disgustingly unprofessional and should not be allowed to continue this behavior. I Hope doctors office take some action or they will continue to loose patients because of her. It’s a shame that the doctors office has this person in employment. The doctors have always been great with my dad and been professional.

The male dr GHAD has a very negative altitude, won't accept patients if they are feeling not well? RUDE STAFF, RUDE DR. COVID FOBIA = IF U SNEEZE FROM ALERGY THEY WON'T ACCEPT YOU Only accepts annual check up = money Prescribed me medication with out appropriate diagnostic . Dont approach this clinic . Fishy dr. Answering the person after the review The fact your system doesn't show that I was there says all!! I saw the male dr and was prescribed last November woth BP medication so i did see him 100% otherwise how did I got medication?? Aditional, My son also had appointment with him and due to headache and stomach ache your clinic decided not to accept him claiming he had "covid symptoms" !! we had few negative experiences with your clinic and staff and this rude dr. we didn't show and we will never show after understanding personally and checking about your bad reputation clinic . You guys need to probably get off business , how possible all parients complain are wrong with same bad experiences ? Hope more people will be aware about your reputation.

Customer service is not top notch, when the staff answers the phone, you are immediately placed on hold. At least they can wait till the caller acknowledges "sure". It's been 10mins already, and no one came back to the call. Another major hiccup, refills get denied without a follow up to state why. It's a bit frustrating dealing with this office in many instances. There should be a courtesy reminder whether it's system generated or person calling to follow up as a friendly reminder, we're recommending an appointment outside of your annual. While I understand it's the patient's responsibility, it would be a value-add service if there's a friendly reminder appointment is due. Staff can be very rude at times, and every service now costs something - even having a document signed for work is a $75 fee! Very frustrating in these times.

Ruchika Gadh doctor might be ok but her staff members are simply irresponsible, unaccountable, really don’t care about their patients. I never wrote any thing bad ever for anything like this. Her staff members doesn’t take any calls seriously. Doctors at this facility should definitely know what their staff members are doing..

Dr. Ruchika did a great job with my health exam. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great, very helpful and patient. Would highly recommend her to my friends and fam!
