DO NOT waste your time with this office. I only give 1 star because 0 isn't an option. I saw them once earlier this year for a shoulder problem that they gave me no help on, and the referrals they gave me weren't even accepted by the therapist they sent me to. Then, I called just now for a sore throat and headache that has lasted for a few months, and they denied me a visit in-person in the name of "it being a symptom of covid". They didn't actually say that, they just stated it was a symptom that they would not see me for. Hardly an explanation. I even offered to bring a valid, recent covid test, which they also denied. They had no medical logic in that decision and couldn't even explain their delusion. No scientific reasoning at all. They then offered me a TELEhealth visit, which CLEARLY can do nothing for what I am currently suffering with. I am appalled at their reprehensible level of medical knowledge, and they call themselves a doctor's office. Seriously, what a joke. I can't believe I have to defend my health to a bunch of people who want to do everything that can to not see me.
