Ruth Catignas's Online Review Report Card

I consider it a blessing I got connected to Dr. Ruth Catignas through a precautionary Covid test for work. I liked her so much, I made her my primary care physician and saw her for my annual physical, where she noticed a lump on my thyroid right away. Further testing was done right away, and fast-forward to today, I am healing well from a total thyroidectomy done by the surgeon she recommended and helped me get set up with. I will be forever grateful for her and her compassion.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ruth Catignas since 2008 and she has always provided and excellent service. She not only cares for the patient but the human being. She is very knowledgeable, listens to your concerns and questions. She is very caring, and she is always putting extra efforts to explore alternative ways to care for your health. I am always treated with respect by the staff and never have to wait for an emergency appointment. Because of her dedication to me and her other patience, she is now seeing a lot of my family members.

Thank you so much doctor Ruth Catignas!!. during the whole time in my mom's appointment, doctor Ruth was willing to listen, to help and give us all her support. Her caring and kindness will make the difference on anyone who needs her services. Do not hesitate to contact her if you need a good doctor to take care of yourself. :)

I love her!!! My husband and I have been seeing her for 2/3 years now and she is awesome. She answers any questions I have and is very thorough. She is also very personable which I like in a Dr. Sorry, advanced nurse practitioner since I noticed one of the reviews was very upset with her not disclosing that info. Either way, she is very good at her job and I'm sure if you needed a Dr she would recommend one as she has done with my husband and I several times. The problem I have is I can't find her as she has left Primary Care of Hollywood. Where are you Ruth Catignas????

RN Ruth Catignas saved my husband's life. My husband had been going to another doctor regularly for blood pressure and cholesterol medication, but it was Ruth who diagnosed his Afib with rapid heart rate and told him he needed to immediately go to the ER. He had a 75% blockage in what is commonly known as "the widow maker". Ruth has been a blessing to our entire family. We cannot thank her enough.

I see Ruth at the Coral Springs location. She clearly has too many patients at too many locations and she can't keep us straight. She forgets why I'm there or when I was there last. The front office staff is AMAZING (at that location), however, they only have 1 phone number for all of their locations and I cannot EVER get anyone to answer the phone when I'm trying to make an appointment. So I run out of my meds because Ruth won't refill them unless I come in but I can't reach anyone to make an appointment. I used to physically go in and make appointments while being as understanding as possible but I no longer live 5 minutes from that office anymore, so I don't have that luxury. Primary Care Physicians of Hollywood is a meat market. It's about quantity not quality!
