Explained everything very thoroughly.

In March 2020, I was diagnosed with an aggressive malignant tumor on my thoracic spine. Dr. Keshavarzi performed surgery to remove the tumor and repair the damage done to my spine. He’s one cool customer! He is an exceptional surgeon with a kind heart.

Dr. Keshavarzi is incredible. I had ACDF C3/C4 surgery and I couldn’t be happier. He is professional, kind, a great listener, and an amazing surgeon. I did a ton of research in choosing a surgeon and I know I picked the best. If I had to have another ACDF surgery, he’d be the only person I’d allow do it. Eternally grateful for his expertise.

Dr K was direct and to the point which I've always appreciated in a physician. I expected sugar coating, but got directness. Even after my surgery he was there for me to answer questions and guide me. After conferring he became personable (I guess he had to figure me out first). I now hear he's leaving (or left) Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Weston, Florida. I somewhat feel as if I've lost a friend. I will try to locate him and tell him again just how much I appreciated his professionalism and expertise.

Dr Keshavarzi is simply the BEST! I was referred to him after experiencing back pain for about twelve years. I was born with scoliosis, as the years passed my pain progressively got worst. I could not walk or stand up for more than five minutes without experiencing chronic pain. I have seen a few neurologists whom prescribed physical therapy, cortisone shots and other medications to help with my condition, but nothing worked. After meeting with Dr Keshavarzi and his P.A. Chelsea, they informed me that surgery would be my only option to correct the problem. He was very thorough and honest every time we met, providing all the details of the procedure. Post-Surgery Dr Keshavarzi and Chelsea checked in daily, sometimes twice per day. The team provided great recommendations for my rehab, which in the end was very successful. I went from not being able to walk or stand for more than five minutes to walking as much as five miles and standing for more than eight hours a day, PAIN FREE! Dr Keshavarzi and his team changed my life and I cannot thank them enough for that. Words alone cannot express the gratitude I have for them. Thank you for a job well done.

Dr Keshavarzi is an amazing physician. I went to him for second opinion but then decided to use him for my fusion. He is knowledgeable, informative and assuring in his approach. He explains completely and does not rush thru the appointment. His staff are pleasant and have a caring attitude. Chelsea his PA is awesome too. My surgical experience was made stress free! As a critical care charge nurse, i highly reccomend this physician and his team.

Went for second and third opinions of neurosurgeons in area. If I had not go for more opinions, I would have had a surgery that was more severe in rehab, cost and detriment to my health. Get a second opinion if you plan on having any surgery with this doctor

Apos um acidente aonde fraturei a vertebra L1 tive a sorte de ser atendido pelo Dr. Sassan Keshavarzi no Memorial Hospital de Weston FL, aonde o " Dr. K " fez uma operação para a fusão de algumas vertebras implantando 8 parafusos. No mesmo dia da operação ja pude ficar de pé, e no dia seguinte caminhar, aproximadamente 15 dias após a operação ja estava com os meus movimentos quase normais, e hoje tenho uma vida sem limitações. Se algum dia voce precisar de um neuro cirurgião pode entregar o seu problema aos cuidados do Dr. K e de toda a equipe do Memorial Hospital Weston sem medo nenhum,

I am a 49 y/o male who suffered from a a herniated disc which got progressively worse over a 20 year period of time. In 2018 I spent 4 days in a hospital in Canada being jolted continuously by the disc pressing on my nerves, I realized I had to look at more serious corrective options once again. I visited Dr. K in mid 2018 and he recommended XLIF surgery (a less invasive form of fusion). Given the bad rap fusion has, I decided to take a conservative approach once again and see if I could make progress, knowing full well that if I didn't get back to where I was before the hospitalization I would go with Dr. K's recommendation. Over the next 6 months my improvement was slow and I was still limited in my activities. I decided to visit Dr. K once more and let him know my decision to get surgery. He was thorough and detailed in his explanation, empathetic with my concerns, but transmitted confidence in the end result once the issue was corrected. The surgery was scheduled for 08/02/1

I had several conditions clustered near my L5 and L4 that progressively deteriorated after my 68 birthday. I experienced a crippling sciatic pain in my left leg, developed a noticeable limp, and my daily activities became significantly affected. Dr. Keshavarzi explained what he could do to alleviate my condition, advised about the risks involved in the surgery, and gave me time to decide what was best for me. The surgery went well. All my symptoms have disappeared. I thank Dr. Keshavarzi for his skill and bedside manners. I strongly recommend Dr. Keshavarzi to anyone needing to repair their back/spine. I trusted my future to him, and he did not disappoint me.
