I suffered with back pain for 5 years and 3 spine surgeries before seeing Dr Vanni. He did extensive 2 part surgery to my back and told me it would take up to 9 mons to a year to see results. I am 10 months post-op and totally out of pain. I would highly recommend him.

Cervical Spine Surgery Dr. Vanni is the best around. He operated on my mother, my father (twice), and myself. I had a disc replacement and didn’t even think twice about having the surgery because I knew how well he did with my parents. I had surgery on a Thursday and was back to myself by Monday. I highly recommend for anyone who has been living in discomfort or pain to meet with Dr. Vanni. Any delay is just putting off the inevitable and delaying a pain free life. I wouldn’t trust any other doctor to work on my spine (considering the first doctor my mother had was terrible and caused more issues). When you find a great doctor who genuinely cares about each and every patient you never hesitate and recommend them to everyone you know. Dr. Vanni is not only the best neurosurgeon around, he has the best, most attentive staff. All around a wonderful experience with Dr. Vanni and his team at HCA University.

I did my research. Through thorough research, I discovered Dr. Vanni's exceptional skills. I consented to neuro monitoring during the surgery, a technology enabling real-time nerve function monitoring to prevent complications, especially crucial for spinal surgery. Dr. Vanni's direct and confident approach stood out; he provided honest insights, which I valued highly. Even after a second opinion, I chose him.Ashley, his scheduling assistant, was amazing throughout the process. Dr. Vanni's post-surgery care was impressive as he checked in with my family and me. He genuinely cares about his patients. He also reviewed my ADR options, offering expert recommendations based on my condition. His confidence in the materials influenced my decision.Overall, Dr. Vanni's holistic approach, expertise, and compassionate care made my surgical journey exceptional. I am satisfied with the outcome currently and grateful for his positive impact on my health.

Do your research before selecting a surgeon. Dr. Vanni did one thing correctly and that was a microdiscectomy . I was left with nerve damage from the neuromonitoring which was not necessary in this type of surgery . I was told it was something like acupuncture and woke up with extreme bruising and bleeding. I was told by his assistant he had no idea how that happened. He missed 2 other issues that were very clear on all of my MRI’S and since seeing him I’ve had 2 other spine surgeries in less than a year and a half. This is a teaching hospital so make sure you do your research before having surgery. Unfortunately, I was in so much pain I did not look into him or the hospital. I will never make this type of mistake again.

Dr Vanni , it is the best wouldn’t trust my cervical spine with any one else!... in september 25 this year he did a cervical fusion three levels i am still recovering but now recovered life back , thank you :)

A true expert who cares about his patients Dr Vanni performed my lower back surgery in August 2015 at Jackson Memorial in Miami. He was very professional throughout and went above and beyond to provide the best care possible!

Life Saver I now have my life back after Dr. Vanni performed a laminectomy with Coflex. I had severe spinal stenosis with a L4/L5 herniated disk. The resulting excruciating sciatica I had for months was eliminated after the procedure performed on me by Dr. Vanni! I wouldn’t trust my spine with any one else! Was referred to Dr. Vanni by my Chiropractor, David Vapnek, and turned out to be the best referral l I ever received!
